Easy access to walk along the waterfront. Steps away from the Ferry from Playa Del Carmen. The most amazing breakfast with lots of food choices. The coffee was delicious. Staff are very friendly. A quaint modest hotel accommodating your basic needs. Low key. Would definitely stay again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Staff were all the same as the year before. Hotel is well-maintained. Breakfast, which is included, is lovely and fresh, and served to order. Rooftop pool is fabulous to have, with a great view. And it is easy to get wherever you want to get.

It was very clean. The staff were very nice and I liked you just paid and they didn’t ask for credit card for deposit or anything. It is walkable. We got right off the ferry and walked around the corner and the hotel was right there and easy to find. The hotel was very clean also and it was super close to a lot of areas; drinks and food. They had almost a full sized fridge with freezer in the room with a filtered water dispenser which I thought was cool and convenient. The only downside is the hotel is next to a club so if you’re not used to sleeping through noise it may not be for you. Also, there’s no microwave in the room; it’s in the lobby if you need to reheat something. Also, the shower is like level with the floor so the floor got very wet but it wasn’t the end of the world. Lastly, the elevator is very tiny and it’s not a super high tech hotel. Was very basic but had everything we needed and simplicity can go a long way. Overall it was a very easy hotel to get to, very clean, and had free breakfast. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great location, everything is within walking distance. Windows are thin and you could hear the karaoke bar across the road. It rained and we got water in our room from the window. The property is very dated. They did make a great breakfast, you pick off the menu and they serve you.

What a hidden gem on Cozumel! We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. We loved watching the sunset from the rooftop pool. There are also lots of great restaurants nearby. We will definitely be back.

This great little hotel is located in downtown San Miguel, the only town on Cozumel. It is a block away from live music clubs, actually Tony Bs is right across the street. The ocean is two blocks away and numerous restaurants are in the area. The pool area is on the roof and clean with a nice ocean view. This is not a fancy resort pool but perfectly fine for taking a dip away from the heat. The free breakfast was good, although the cutoff at 10 am was a little early for me, and all the staff were very friendly. If I had a minor complaint, the cleaning crew is a little too enthusiastic and are up noisily banging around very early in the morning. I obviously am not an early riser so many people wouldn't mind this. Overall, a great experience for the price.

My wife and I have been staying here on our trips to Cozumel for the last seven years. We enjoy the friendly staff, ease of check-in and out. The breakfast is is nice as it's served early enough for us to make our dives without having to rush. The rooftop pool is nice to relax around with an awesome view. The walkability to town and restaurants is a huge plus.

Very reasonable in pricing. Breakfast was pretty good with great service. Refrigerator was much larger than you find in most hotel rooms. Older hotel but is well maintained and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
