"The apartment had not been cleaned. There was no bedding. We reported this to the number we had and the room got cleaned but there was still no bedding. We went out for dinner and when we returned the bedding was in a bag outside the door so we had to make our own beds at 1 am. Not acceptable. It was also very noisy. Contacted the hotel to see if they would provide a refund but no response. "

"We had a wonderful time in Chalet L’orbeye. We are a family of five with 3 teenagers so plenty of space. A week in August was not long enough! The views from the property are spectacular and we were able to hike & bike directly from the chalet. We regularly played paddle in St Bon and went to both Bozel and Le Praz lakes. "We have enjoyed our stay at the studio. It was a bit dated, and not very clean as the guests have to tidy up after the stay themselves, but we had most of the things we needed.
