"I personally prefer hard pillows hence the ones in the room didn’t quite suit me. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Breakfast is a good spread and a lady staff named Christina or Christine (apologies I didn’t see her name properly), but she’s from Philippines and very fair and slim, she’s very friendly."

"There were quite some disturbing issues during the stay, I was in a rush to take my car and leave however I need a stamp from the check in desk, the stamping process took abnormally long and it was found out that the machine was jammed and they had me waiting while they try to take the ticket out, it took about roughly 10 mins, they could’ve done a better job in problem solving, such as giving me a new ticket straight away, or contacting the gate keeper to open the parking gate for me to leave....
