Beautiful luxurious Villa just outside of Cortona
Casa del Sole is a wonderful villa and we loved staying there. Theresa met us when we arrived and was available if we needed her during our stay. The villa was beautiful and very well equipped. Anything we needed was there. It's a great location minutes outside of Cortona which we also loved. Highly recommended and definitely worth a repeat visit!

Magical oasis in Tuscany
My sister & I loved everything about Casa del Sol. The comfortable home, traditional historic Italian architecture, and the breathtaking Panasonic views. Teresa was amazing & a perfect host throughout our visit & her husband Alfonso was great too. They are warm & helpful however give ultimate privacy. The location a 15 walk to the fabulous town of Cortona was perfect. It’s a short drive to many other towns in Tuscany. The pool is crystal clear, and was a bit cool as weather had dipped unseasonably. But we enjoyed our few swims. So many lovely areas to eat al fresco or lounge & have your sunset drinks. We would love to return again for a longer visit.

Cozy Tuscan oasis with spectacular grounds and breath-taking views.
Spectacular grounds and views. Spotlessly clean, well-appointed and very well-maintained. The pool was clean and lovely. The owners, who were on site, take care of the place impeccably and it was decorated with love. They were extremely helpful and accommodating without being intrusive. The place was cozy and the kitchen a little tight for the 2 of us, but we cooked some wonderful meals there and were just a short drive from the local supermarket with amazing produce, meats, etc. Very centrally located for day trips to Siena, Montepulciano, Lake Trasimeno, etc. The walk to town (Cortona) is short, but there is a very steep hill that was a bit tough, however that is the terrain of the town and area in general. Wifi/internet in the whole region is a bit spotty. A beautiful and peaceful Tuscan oasis overall.

Wir waren Mitte Oktober für eine Woche dort mit 2 Personen. Wir hätten aber auch problemlos zu viert dort unterkommen können. Für den Pool war es da leider schon etwas zu kühl. Wir hatten noch nie ein Appartment das so viele und schöne Küchengeräte, Geschirr und Besteck hatte. Die Gastgeber waren sehr höflich und nett und haben immer schnell reagiert und bei Problemen helfen können. (Italienisch/Englisch).

Beautiful, Peaceful, Great Location
Our family really enjoyed our stay at Casa Del Sole. The property is well positioned on the edge of Cortona with beautiful views of the hills. The Villa was very nicely decorated and well equipped. It was very comfortable for our family of four. Despite the hot weather the villa was very comfortable. The gardens were beautiful and maintained with love. The pool was very enjoyable and maintained in good condition. The Owners of the Villa looked after us very well. A lovely family it was a pleasure to meet them. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Paradise
We had a fantastic time staying at Casa Del Sole. Mrs Theresa and her family were very kind and helpful but never imposing on our privacy. The house, gardens and swimming pool were exclusively for our use, are beautifully located on a hillside looking out onto the countryside. The house was spotlessly clean and fully equipped for all our needs. Cortona is a short walk away and has all the restaurants you could want. Nearby Arezzo and Montepulciano were stunning. Our first visit to Italy was even better than we hoped and we can't wait to return, hopefully to Casa Del Sole.
