Great condo on the bay!
This condo was great for a quick fishing trip down to the coast. Being able to keep the boat in the water is great! Very comfortable and clean! Will stay here again!

Place is great will be back.
Had a wonderful stay with the family. Spacious living area, rooms are nice, beds very comfortable. Back patio is furnished and has a view looking over the bay. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Location is close to beach, stores, food, gas station, etc. Parking is better than other units two vehicles or truck and trailer can fit. Fishing and boat docks available first come. Washer and dryer across the street by pool area. The only thing that could make it better is if garage space was available for beach belongings for safe keeping. Overall would recommend to others for a pleasant stay.

Upon arrival the code I was given didn’t work and in which nobody came to fix . Instead was give code to key box for a key that was a hassle to lock and unlock each time due to the style of lock .. apon entry the floor around table had crumbs on it and crumbs around couch .. one of the table chairs was broken with the leg laying on the floor under it , the chair and leg were pushed in corner behind table ..the coffee pot itself was dirty . It had an old pod of coffee on the side as well .. the fan in the guest bedroom has not been cleaned in who knows how long was covered in dust .. the tv in the second bedroom had no sound despite what adjustments were made . The fan in master was dirty as well .. I have pictures of all this to show as I was communicating with guest services the whole time and no one showed up to fix any issues at all .. received one phone call that said I was gonna be refunded cleaning fee but of course it’s who knows where still haven’t heard or seen it .. good view of the bay . And nice location
