Definitely Not Premium
It was not terrible, but this is definitely not a high-quality property. The owners really haven't put much effort into thinking about the guest experience. The biggest thing future guests need to know: THERE IS NO CENTRAL HVAC. The property description says this too, but even with multiple window units, the best we could achieve was mid-80s during the day. I can only imagine there is a reverse problem in the winter. Also be sure to bring your own pots and pans. There were plenty of skillets, but if you need a pot to cook in, better bring it yourself along with serving spoons. Really, it wasn't the worst short-term rental experience I've had, but the most I would be willing to pay for this place is $85/night.

Overall was good... Few things to update... Need a toaster, bed in bedroom needs replaced, need some oven mitts, an extra blanket would be nice, sofa in living area with bed needs replaced, but nice location and quiet...

Nice little home in Rockport
My wife and I went for an extended weekend in Rockport and found this home to be as expected. It is a little dated, but in a nice little neighborhood and literally 2 min to the beach. I will say that the furniture, at least for a big guy like myself, found it to be on the small side. My wife had no complaints but just wanted to let the other big guys out there know it might not be as comfy as we would like.
