It was not terrible, but this is definitely not a high-quality property. The owners really haven't put much effort into thinking about the guest experience.
The biggest thing future guests need to know: THERE IS NO CENTRAL HVAC.
The property description says this too, but even with multiple window units, the best we could achieve was mid-80s during the day. I can only imagine there is a reverse problem in the winter.
Also be sure to bring your own pots and pans. There were plenty of skillets, but if you need a pot to cook in, better bring it yourself along with serving spoons.
Really, it wasn't the worst short-term rental experience I've had, but the most I would be willing to pay for this place is $85/night.
