Welcome to Little Piece of Paradise a delightful second-floor condo at Sorensen Bay View! This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat features a queen bed in each bedroom and a double bed in the pullout couch, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.

Guests will have full access to their unit, including a charming shared back patio with a grilling area perfect for cookouts. Additionally, access to the shared laundry area is available upon request, ensuring convenience throughout your stay. Enjoy all the comforts of home at Sorensen Bay View!

We offer contactless check-in and check-out for your convenience. Check-in codes will be sent to you prior to arrival. If you need any assistance during your stay, we are available through the app at any time to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Such a sweet little piece of Paradise ❤️
This was our first time doing something like this and what a great experience it was !!! We loved this little apartment!!!! It was comfortable clean and very relaxing. Our host made everything very easy and stayed in great contact with us. My hubby who was skeptical of not staying in a motel was won totally over!!! His comment was why in the world would you stay in a motel when you could stay in an apartment, it’s so much more comfortable!!! When we revisit Rockport we will definitely rent from Ms. Alice again❤️😊

Nice little condo
Great place to crash during your beach holiday. Clean and comfortable, with information on the area easy to locate in a binder at the table. Not too noisy either, and not at all after 10pm, except for the neighbors’ dogs in the other condos barking from in their units when people walked by. Dogs will be dogs!

If you and your family are looking for a quiet place near the beach, this is it! The apartment was well cleaned with all the basic amenities you need to enjoyed your stay. The owner replied our messages promptly and gave us recommendations about near places. We hope to come back soon!

Great Getaway Spot.
The apartment was spotless, comfortable, quiet and was equipped with everything you may need. Nicely decorated. The enclosed yard was an added nicety. Very convenient to any activities in Rockport/Fulton, no more than a 4-7 minute drive. The owner is very easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Awesome
We all enjoyed our stay! It was close to everything we planned on doing. The thing we might suggest is toaster for kitchen. Maybe another chair in living room. Very clean and great parking. Two blocks from ocean. Also need light bulb in lamp in 1st bedroom! We hope to come back it was a great price!
