The description and pictures were accurate. The furnishings and appliances were clean and in good condition. The upper bunk bed would be good for children, but not stable enough to support older teens or adults.

Great Property Overall
Our family really enjoyed our stay. It was close to the beach, roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed the access to the pool. Overall everything was great my only suggestion would be to deep clean after stays. The property was clean but noy VERY clean.. dust and dirt was on the floors, ceiling fans, tub, etc. The BBQ pit was really dirty. Nothing major just minor inconveniences, i would still recommend this property, and would consider staying again.

Tired Home but Key Allegro Location
The house had small insect pest control issues. Informed Vacasa the first day of stay, local management brought spray the second day, pest company brought bait the third day. But said it would take a week, so basically the entire stay we dealt with ghost ants all in kitchen, bathroom and nightstands which felt gross. Thank goodness we had another house to go to that the other half of our party was staying in to enjoy our vacation. We couldn’t have any food at the house unless it was in fridge/freezer. The whole house needs a very deep clean. The window seals all have small dead insects, the corners of the floor as well. Just did not feel comfortable or cozy. I could have looked over the outdated appliances or the general oldness of the house had the ants not been a problem but I would not stay here again. Unfortunate because the house is in a great location, and the decor and furnishings had such potential but the house needs some tlc

Not for us.
The downstairs outside was VERY dirty. Couldn't use the beautiful downstairs dining set because it was filthy (not just sandy) and there were NO cleaning supplies. Windex would have been nice, but it should have been clean upon arrival. The entire downstairs hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Luckily, the inside was fairly well kept. Furniture was nice, bed was great, plenty of clean linens, great A/C and big TVs! It wasn't what we were looking for, we wanted to be walking distance from a fishing pier, walking distance from a swimming pool (700 yards IF you walked thru yards and on water... had to walk around a busy winding street without sidewalks) We also REALLY wanted a water view... there wasn't one. It's a beautiful house and neighborhood. Just wasn't what we were needing. Over-all 3 stars because we had to clean when we arrived and couldn't even use the downstairs dining, which was part of the reason we wanted that house. Beautiful house just not at all the right location for us. I did email several times trying to make sure it was what we wanted... responses were vague. Won't stay there again.

Great Place - Almost a 5 Star Stay For Us
I had ZERO issues booking, getting there, and entering the home. It was a really nice and clean house inside. The location was really nice in an area that is being renovated with some really nice homes. We loved how close everything was to us, including the beach, which was only a ten-minute drive. We loved the small-town feel of Rockport as well. So why not 5 stars? Well, here are some issues we had during our stay. We couldn't connect to the Wifi Network as it was not as the guest portal listed for us. Thankfully, we got us on the next day with the help of Amy and support. The TV in the living room wouldn't work. Even after I figured out how to get the Direct TV device to work and get connected to the network, you had to log in. When I tried connecting the TV to the network, it wouldn't. It was telling me to factory reset to see if that would work, but I was not going to go that route with someone else's TV. One day we had small black ants in the boys' room on the bottom bunk bed, even though there was no sign of food, crumbs, or anything to attract them. Once I got rid of them, they did not return. There was a warning about the construction across the street and there was definitely the noise of construction across the street. They were literally tearing up an old home and the foundation. It was loud. The day I tried to take a nap with my youngest, the lawn care team showed up to mow the yard, I had no idea they would be there. Not sure why they didn't mention the bathroom and shower in the bottom but it's nice to have in case of an emergency.

Fantastic location!

Downstairs bedroom needs to be aired out
I stayed at mermaid island and we ended up not using the downstairs bedroom because it smelled like fresh paint. The smell was so strong and since it was closed smelled like they had just painted it and I know fresh paint gives me a headache. So we all Stayed upstairs. They need to air it out for sometime.

Decent for 2 families
Enough room for two families with children, each room has its own ac unit to control, nice size yard. We had an issue with the ac in one of the rooms but property manager handled it quickly. We also did not know one of the rooms and bathroom was downstairs below that is not connected with the rest of the house so that was a bit of disappointment. It states on the description that the home is on second floor.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this place. It’s Incredibly clean and well decorated and most importantly all of the beds and couches were super comfy. They had everything we needed in the kitchen, and it was so helpful to have extra beach towels. Turnkey also had amazing customer service, super responsive and helpful. I would say the location is just ok. It is pretty convenient in relation to the town, but there was construction across the street starting at 7:30am on weekdays (not their fault, I know!) and it was also a little bit of a hassle to get on and off the island because of construction. And there weren’t really any benefits to being on the island because all the views are blocked by housing. That being said, I would stay here again.
