Awesome time!
Loved the home and the location. So close to the beach and the pools were great.. Definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed!

Excellent house, highly recommend!
This house checks all the boxes. - Amazing view of beach!! - Very short walk to beach! - Nice, clean pool! - Very comfortable beds - And so much more!!! The only downer was the house had 3 levels w/ an elevator but it was not available to renters. It was a very difficult climb every day for the older ones in our party.

Great location; beautiful home. Great for our family of 10 with 4 small children. Overall very clean. Ceiling fans and light fixtures are extremely dusty. Landscaping needs some attention to improve exterior appearance of the home.

Nice Accommodating Home Near to the State Beach
Right by the shore and abutting the State Beach that does NOT allow overnight camping. Lots of amenities throughout the home. PLENTY of outdoor deck space to just sit and watch the waves roll in.

Lovely newer home with excellent amenities! Family area on top floor with great ocean views. Three stories so expect lots of stairs, but is worth the effort.

Amazing coastal house!
Location, location, location! House is located just a short boardwalk from the beach and has beautiful gulf view. Smell the fresh salty air and listen to the waves crushing the shore. House is large and comfortable, architectural style and decor showcase elegant coastal design. It was our first Texas visit and we had a wonderful time. Hope, we will be back!

Memorable Spring Break
The most perfect beach house for our family of 9. The house had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and also to hang out as a family. The views were amazing and the walk to the beach was perfect. The added bonus of having a private little pool was awesome! We found the extra beach toys and wagon which was just perfect to take down to the beach.The whole family had the most memorable time with each other. If we ever get back down with the whole family again, we will definitely do this again!

Perfect Beach Vacation
This is a lovely beach house in PortA, the location to the beach was a beautiful walk down the pier and the home itself has everything you need to experience a wonderful stay. It was our daughter's first time to the beach and the weekend couldn't be more comfortable and perfect.

Fabulous!
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful beach house on the Gulf! Our extended family met up here for a birthday celebration and relaxing getaway. The property was perfect for our group. The 3 levels offer plenty of gathering spaces but also separation. The deck off the 3rd level had spectacular views. As many guests have mentioned, there are lots of stairs but we didn’t mind at all. Nice beach access and shirt drive to restaurants and shops. Management company excellent with communication and accommodating requests. Definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful View!
The water view from this home was absolutely stunning!!! We enjoyed our morning coffee while watching the sunrise! We were so close to the beach just a short stroll down the boardwalk. We even built a little campfire on the beach on a clear and starry night. This was such an amazing Thanksgiving for my family and I that we all will cherish these memories for a lifetime amd will definitely book again!!!

Wonderful Quick Getaway with Family and Friends
The stay included 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Wonderful view of the ocean and very spacious for everyone. Beds were very comfortable, it was very clean and the private pool was nice to have as well. NOTE: The only con is that they don't have a ice maker so make sure to bring ice.

Pt A Getaway
My husband and I and four of our close friends spent a wonderful five days at Salty Kisses. The house was comfortable and warm. We loved the artwork and the amenities. We are pretty spry for 70-year-olds but if you aren’t used to climbing a lot of stairs, this house has 3 levels with the main sitting area and kitchen on the third level. My friends and I loved the views and sitting out on the beautiful deck. We actually didn’t spend a lot of time at the house because there’s so much to do around there. We rode four wheelers around on the beach, did a lot of beach walking, and had a lot of delicious dinners at the local seafood restaurants.

This place was amazing! It’s a bit of a walk to get to the beach but the views from the balconies are incredible. If you are traveling with someone who has knee problems or disabilities this is a tough one since you can’t use the elevator. There are 38 steps to get to the top. Overall this place is so very beautiful, well equipped and a must to stay at.

Breathtaking
What would have made the stay perfect was the use of the elevator. It was a good work out as the main living area is on the 3rd floor. Not fun getting groceries up 3 flights of stairs. The pool was also in need of some TLC. Booking process was a little more hectic than I cared for.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is so lovely and in a great location in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach and next to Mustang Island State Park. The kitchen has everything you could think of as far as cooking tools and the bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The house was also very clean minus the trash issue. We loved the house, but the property management was nothing but unhelpful on both big and small items. The rental agreement said that there was a coffee maker so we brought coffee, but it ended up being a Keorig and Turnkey wouldn’t bring us a real coffee maker so we had to go and buy pods. The trash cans outside were completely full and the inside kitchen trash was almost full when we arrived. After 3 days of asking, Turnkey finally sent a local rep who removed ONE trash bag from the outside trash cans to make room. It would be helpful if Turnkey provided a list of items they are providing at checkin, just saying a general starter pack is unhelpful. Also providing just one packet of dish washing detergent for a 4 day stay is unhelpful. We had to go buy that too, but if we had known in advance we could have easily brought it from home. Finally the biggest issue is that the master bed is an adjustable bed and we didn’t realize until we were about to get in the bed the first night that it had been left in an inclined position and we were unable to locate a remote. We slept poorly on it that night and asked for help adjusting the bed back to flat the next morning. Turnkey strung us along for a while and finally said they couldn’t help because the remote was put away [in a locked area] and basically we would have to deal with it. You really know how unimportant and un valued you are when your management company tells you to live with a bent bed. We loved this house and the location, but so long as Turnkey is managing it, we won’t be renting it again.
