Great place to stay!
Literally felt like a home away from home, very comfortable! Beautiful views, only a walk away from the beach, super relaxing pool and hot tub, great amenities, easy to check in and out. We loved staying and will definitely be returning and bringing our kiddos because we know they would love and appreciate it as much as we did!

Great location!

Perfect!
The condo was super cute, clean with lots of towels. Plus everything needed to have a great stay close to the beach. The Vacasa staff, very responsive and helpful; great customer service!

Great Beach Vacation Location
Third floor location was quiet with a lovely balcony view - could see the Gulf of Mexico over the dunes. No elevator so there are a number of steps to climb. Great proximity to Port Aransas, Corpus Christi, restaurants / entertainment, and of course Whitecap beach (5 minutes at most walking distance). Pool, hot tub and outdoor facilities were well-kept and easily accessible. Plenty of kitchen utensils, dish ware and appliances available. We used the microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, stovetop and laundry machines and they all worked well (oven light bulb out but not a big deal). Bed very comfy and the overall condo furniture was in good shape and clean. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute! Would stay there again...

Plenty Of Amenities!!
We came for the 4th of July, and spent 4 days and 3 nights. The room was clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances in the pantry. Outside also had amenities. A pool, a wash station for vehicles, fishing pier and situated near the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. We went to the LEXINGTON, Port Aransas Beach and Cinnamon Shores. Normally, we stay in Port Aransas, but couldn't find a reasonably priced place to stay. This location might have changed our mind about where to stay.

4 Night Stay
Great location, some areas updated in the condo. Difficult to locate as you are only given room number and parking spot number. Building number would be helpful. Also, no access to pool, clubhouse area or area to wash beach items daily. Pool key did not work…called everyday we were there 4 nights/5 days and issue was never resolved. The kids could not swim or adults unwind in the hot tub. Disappointing in the lack of communication and eagerness to resolve the problem.

Lackluster
Property was literally just a roof over our head. Dishwasher didn't work. Sheets were dirty upon arrival. Toilet is not properly bolted and shower doesn't drain. I contacted support multiple times but they didn't seem too interested I'm fixing any of the issues.

Decent stay
Once we arrived we found a few things that was broke. The pull out bed was broke, so the couch was not usable and the pantry door was loose. These are simple fixes but wasn't fixed at that time. Other than the broken things we found the location and the actual apartment was overall good. The outside door to the patio sticks alot so you have to shut kind of harder for it to close.

Location is unbeatable
Location is perfect. Together with all amenities working - it is a good place to stay. It is clean to the extent places are called clean in Texas. Many things are old and you are surprised how they are holding together - but they are) Some light bulbs not working, as usual. Smoke detector was off the ceiling in the bedroom. No shampoo or even hand soap. The previous detailed review mostly captures everything, and things are the same. I've listened to the advise of this wise person and brought additional mattress for my son who was sleeping on the couch.

Beautiful Room with a view
My husband and I celebrated his admissions into a master’s program! We absolutely LOVED the room. It was super clean and everything you would need to cook was accessible. The decor was absolutely awesome and really, truly eases you into beach mode. The beach is a few short minutes walk away and it was so nice. The balcony holds the perfect breakfast spot. It’s really beautiful. This is absolutely not the owners fault, but because of the humidity, the floor was sticky. Can’t help that when you go to the beach during humidity season! Only bad thing is that we were on the 3rd floor with no elevator. I have trouble with stairs because of an illness, but again, not their fault. I should have said something. Overall, the management was super helpful & available. They made sure we had everything, and were ever so friendly. 😊 We will definitely be renting from this company again, though hopefully next time we can get a ground floor room! It was such a pleasure and so relaxing! Thank you so much!

Improvements needed
When we arrived the instructions for entry into the suite were inaccurate. Also the instructions for the entry key for the pool/fitness center were wrong too. After bothering the HOA secretary we got the phone contact for help. We had tried the 1 800 but it was no help at all. At the end they did give us a small refund.

Needed Vacation
My bf and I took this trip to just kind of get away from reality for a bit, he wanted to fish and I wanted to swim. Everything was perfect, close walk to the beach. My dog didn’t like the sticker grass as much but we made it work. It also was a bit disappointing that our key card wouldn’t work for the pool and that was a main reason for staying somewhere that had a pool. We were able to swim but only for a day or so, b/c the gate was messed up and it opened on its own, otherwise we had no access to the amenities. I would stay again but definitely make sure we have the access to everything

Great Beach Condo
Great condo that has everything you need for a stay at the beach. The location is great because it is a short walk or drive to the beach. The condo has a washer and dryer to keep things clean. The overall space is very clean and taken care of. The only two downsides were that the pool key did not work and the shower head makes a whining noise when running. Otherwise, great price and value for a beach stay!

Spring Vacation
We had a good time. There are a few things that we were unhappy with. There was no blow dryer in the appartment. The furniture looked like it was from a garage sale as none of it matched! The same with the kitchen and the dishes and pans. We did enjoy our stay but we were disiponited in the way this unit was put together.
