Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting
The house had an over abundance of cob webs with spiders in them, lights not working/flickering, dirty clothes holding up outdoor furniture, and on our last night there we encountered 3 cockroaches running across the kitchen counter. Due to the risk of contamination and disease we had to discharge ALL of our items in the kitchen. Contacted the rental company with no response at the point but I will keep contacting them until I get a response.

Big house
The house is big and new, the cleaning crew must do a better job next time, that was hair everywhere, spider webs in the kitchen and the grill was absolutely discussing. Do I recommend the house? Yes, but don’t expect cleanliness be a strong point. The community is great, the beaches are beautiful and the people are kind. Be aware that the restaurants closes much earlier than we expected. Was a learning experience for sure.

Travelled with family and small children
I like the setup far as three levels. Love the kitchen. But the ice maker had mold under where u push for ice. Things in place some things was broken the drawers where you put the clothes at. It was not a good experience. I did not get the door code for the door to get into this place.
