Good times @ Monterey Shores
The listing was very accurate! The property was clean, and the property management team was very responsive when we needed some minor details addressed! The open floor plan on the top level was spacious and the perfect place to end our days after enjoying ourselves on the beautiful OBX beaches!! The pool just added another fun element to the day!

The owner kick us out co I have my kids 21, 22, 23 no one was younger than 21 , I went to kitty hawks for a party with friends and it doesn’t said no where in the contract that I ca not leave my adults kids unsupervised, to avoid any problems I told my kids to came over to stay on her house with me until I can go back , when I call them to go back they told us they changed codes and we are not longer staying there , only one night and they want to keep our money ! I didn’t know I have to check with them what I can do and where I can go , and when I can have fun!😡 But the way a girl Angel who answer the phone she is super nice

So the house is really close to a lot of stores/shops/restaurants.it’s a nice quiet neighborhood. The interior of the house felt like it had been cleaned a week or more before we got there as you could feel grit/dust on your feet. Brooms and cleaning supplies were left in random places(dining are/bedrooms). The exterior of the house needs a lot of TLC… a coat of paint on decking and removal of significant cobwebs on windows and doors. House was nicely decorated. KEES vacation rentals feels heavy handed.. after you have paid in full they send you a lengthy document to sign telling you how many ways they can kick you out with no refund…as a homeowner I understand you don’t want your house abused but it felt over the top. Once I signed the doc I was supposed to get check in instructions,but that didn’t happen. I had to prompt them a few times to get the info. The pool was great. We had about 10 devices..phones, iPads, and laptops none would latch on to the WI-FI and stick. They need repeaters on third floor. All in all a decent place, but could use some improvements. It
