“My son (14) and I (49) ised the cabin as a jump off spot to snowboard Cannon and Waterville Valley. It was a bit of a drive to each but worth it to hang out in the woods. I think I saw one car go by the whole time. But, amenities are not too far away. We cooked all our meals, and the knives need sharpening. ”

“We don't usually visit Vermont in mud season so that was an education in itself. But we came to see family: the goats were just an added bonus adventure, a little test to see if the city kids would enjoy the farm. 100% wonderful experience: feeding a pen full of friendly baby goats, softer than puppies, milking a momma goat, learning their names, markings, the business, etc, just a delight.
