"This property was fine for a quick overnighter. He really clean other than ceiling and bathroom fans and beds were comfy and pillows were great. Shower and bathroom were good as was kitchen. No hand towels, wash cloths or bathroom soap provided. Coffee and sugar jars had opened sachets empty sachets. Parking was difficult very small spaces. I do understand reason.Tried to explain that Aus has national privacy law agst collecting/keeping personal info esp credit card info, their practice was actually violation. Owner got aggressive, insisted that is their policy and wanted to throw us out without listening. Didnt understand nor stop what he was doing to listen.
