On the top with a wonderfull view to Kings garden you are situated in the heart of Copenhagen. Here you get:

2 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a livingroom and a kitchen with dining area. New renovated and contains all electronics in the kitchen: cofeemachine, qoocker, 2 oven, Microoven, washing machine & dryer. Nice an cosy. only 5 minutes walk from Kgs Nytorv and Nyhavn. Metro 4 minutes walk (Nørreport) so very easy to get arround.

One floor up you find the sharred terrasse with barbecue and sun all day long.

Luxuriöse Ferienwohnung
Wir waren eine Gruppe von vier jungen Erwachsenen und haben zwei Nächte in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar zu Fuß oder mit dem ÖPNV.Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und auch zum Kochen waren alle benötigten Utensilien vorhanden. Die Betten waren bequem und man hatte verschiedene gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Sie hat alle offenen Fragen beantwortet.

This apartment is incredible. Great location, overlooking the beautiful King’s garden and castle and only a few minutes walk into the city centre. Top notch appliances including a washer and dryer. We especially enjoyed the built-in coffee machine! Ane was very quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Copenhagen!

Wonderful Christmas Trip to Copenhagen
This apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located for visiting Copenhagen. It was our first visit to Denmark, and we felt within reach of everything based in this home. At the end of a day of sightseeing, we enjoyed being able to relax and have the option to cook a meal in the fantastic and well-appointed kitchen. We had a great time and would gladly stay again. Ane is fantastic and welcoming, has excellent taste, and is a great host.

Perfectly Located and Spacious
Anne was very communicative and helped make sure we enjoyed our stay. This stylish and spotless apartment is located near the train and bus stations. Navigating the city with quick access to public transportation was very easy. I made the trip to Copenhagen to visit my daughter while studying abroad. She and her friend were so happy to have a beautiful place to stay for a week. There was plenty of space for the three of us. Looking at the beautiful view of Rosenborg Castle and the gardens was an added plus. We had a fantastic visit!

The Perfect Copenhagen Experience!
Ane’s home was the perfect location for our week in Copenhagen. Inside, the views were outstanding, the coffee delicious, her home immaculate and comfortable. (We come from Colorado, so didn’t mind the fact that we were on the top floor & had to climb the stairs!) Great restaurants, shops, gardens, and the train station are just blocks away. We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely be back if we have the chance!

Wir haben die Wohnung für einen 3 tägigen Städtetrip genutzt. Sie liegt sehr Zentral und alles ist zu Fuss sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist mit ihrer Größe, Aufteilung und komfortablen Ausstattung zu empfehlen. Leider gehört zur FeWo kein Parkplatz. Die Kosten für das Parken an der Strasse oder im Parkhaus sind extrem teuer (Parkhaus 650m entfernt zur FeWo und für 48 Std 700DKR). Leider

We loved our stay. The apartment is light, spacious and airy and well equipped. It is ideally and centrally located to everything. 5-10 minute walk to grocery store, restaurants and the metro. My husband and I enjoyed our 4 nights in this wonderfully appointed appartment. Very clean and centrally located giving us easy 15 to 20 minute walking distances to many places we wanted to visit. It is a fourth floor walk up, but by the second day I was getting used to it. Great workout without going to a gym. Ane is a wonderful host. Any questions that I texted to her, she responded back to me quickly. I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Ane, we really enjoyed our stay. June and Jeff

This is a great apartment in the heart of Copenhagen. It is simply and beautifully decorated with a stunning view of Rosenborg castle and the king’s garden. It is pretty close to many attractions. We followed the king’s guard from the base right there to Amalieborg. The only drawback would be the stairs. The building does not have an elevator and the apartment is on the 5th floor (4th the way Danes count). Although I had trouble figuring out where the communication was from the host, she was good at communicating (I booked on Expedia, but the apartment was listed on VRBO so I had to sign in there to find the communication)

Fantastic property in Copenhagen
Anne’s home cannot be beat. The home is gorgeous and modern. It is light and bright with plenty of room to spread out. Everything was well stocked. The location was perfect. I loved being right across the street from the kings gardens. Not only are the views fantastic but my sons enjoyed going over there ever evening to play a bit of soccer and in the summer, opening the windows and hearing the music stream in was lovely. The property is within walking distance to many of the major sights and shopping districts. Anne was awesome to work with. She sent helpful pictures and videos to help us find the condo, directions from the metro and helpful videos on how to use the espresso machine in the kitchen. The espresso was awesome! I would highly recommend this property and Anne was so easy to work with. I would stay here again without a doubt!

Great property, well maintained and very stylish. Location was amazing, walked everywhere from the apartment and didn’t need public transport once. Great views and peaceful at night despite central location. Host was responsive when needed but otherwise left us to it. Big thumbs up all round.

Great flat in the heart of Copenhagen
It is a light and spacious two bedroom apartment in the heart of Copenhagen. Both the living room and main bedroom have the view shown in the photos.We very much enjoyed our stay. From the photos, it is obvious that the apartment is not on the ground floor. It is on the 4th floor, which gives the flat a beautiful outlook. As there is no elevator, due to the age of the building, you have to carry your bags up 70 steps. Fortunately we are only in our late 60's. I would recommend the apartment to anyone, provided they don't have a problem with steps.

A delightful stay
This apartment is beautiful, with a perfect location, and easy access to public transport. It was wonderful to wake up to the view of Rosenberg gardens. Great location and beautiful view
We stayed for about a week. You can't ask for a better location in Copenhagen. We didn't have a car and we're able to walk to everything. The apartment is stylish and clean and the view of Rosenborg Castle is amazing! Ane is a joy to work with. She sent us photos and clear directions so finding the place was no problem. I'd highly recommend staying here.
