「It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.」

「I liked that the rooms were very clean and the hotel location was very close to the function that I attended. I did not like that the hotel customer service was negligent in charging my credit card $100, instead of actually placing a hold on the card. After checking out, I contacted them on three occasions to fix the issue to no avail. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to reimburse my $100 deposit. 」

「Our room had a balcony with a fantastic view of the river. The room was very clean. Loved the fireplace heater. It added that special charm to the room. The staff was very helpful and kind. A little dissapointed they did not have a hot breakfast, but the coffee they served in the morning was delicious. Overall amazing stay.」

「I stayed in the hotel with my family during Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The hotel is clearly a nice choice! The rooms are not big, but nice and clean and cozy. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Indepdence Hall, China Town, Macy's, the City Hall. Everything is closeby. And you can easily have a nice breakfast or lunch at Reading Terminal Market. Definitely recommend the hotel. I hope to have the chance of visiting Philly again and will definitely choose the hotel again. 」

very cozy place to stay

"This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers."
