"My husband and I had a wonderful two-day stay at the Hyatt Heathrow. We arrived quite late on quite a chilly evening and were concerned about the room feeling drafty. We called reception, and Masani answered. He went above and beyond to ensure the room was warm and comfortable, even preparing it before our arrival. From start to finish, the staff provided a warm and welcoming experience. The room was clean, and the shower temperature/pressure was perfect. A highlight for us was the amazing view of planes flying past our window. A huge thank you to Masani for going the extra mile! We’re already looking forward to our next stay!"

"The staff at this hotel are amazing. The only thing is I think for New Year’s Eve they should throw a little something in for their guests - anything little will do. I said happy new year to the cleaner on news day (1st January 2025) she said thank you and didn’t say happy new year back. All said and done though - the reception staff are exceptional and go out of their way and the resturant staff are also exceptional. Tbh I don’t like staying at Hilton hotels I find them to be run day and worn out but this one was nice - I had a delux room "
