"We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the condo and the beautiful location on the lake. You are really close to Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Even though the building is older it is taken care of and this unit has been updated very nicely. Would totally stay here again if we visit the area. Pros: Location, 2 full baths, very clean and comfortable, great A/C. Really nice little touches you don't get in most VRBO's (a great gift basket with chocolate treats, plenty of K cups for your morning...

"We loved the look and feel of the cabin. It was cozy and we really loved having a fire on those cool, early spring nights. We enjoyed seeing wild turkeys, deer, chipmunks, & squirrels. The Tunnel of Trees was beautiful! Unfortunately we didn't find any Petoskey stones. Maybe next year. The only tiny downside was the traffic noise during the daytime. But we would definitely want to rent this property again!"

"We were so happy with our stay! The cabin was so cute, clean and comfortable! We loved that we were only a 20 min drive from Charlevoix and Petoskey. Boyne City has many cute shops and restaurants. "We were looking for a place near Harbor Springs big enough for a family of five. This was the perfect blend of rustic and modern amenities and was everything we hoped for. Short drive to HS and Petoskey. Hosts had lots of extras available (coffee, creamer, ketchup, water, Coke, popcorn etc) which was a nice bonus. Would highly recommend!"

"The host provided clear communication for check in and verified that normal amenities that weren’t listed (iron and ironing board) were available. They even put the items out for me before I arrived. Check in went seamlessly. Plenty of space for a single traveler and could accommodate four with the pull out bed. The kitchen was well supplied. Hot water was hot and the baseboard heaters took the chill off an abnormally cold summer weekend. Fun to see deer right outside the window in the morning....

Personal preference: would like to have a strainer, tongs and vegetable peeler provided. Lawn was mowed recently too. Enjoyed having outdoor seating provided. Property manager responded to communication during our stay."

"The staff was exceptional.We arrived late and were greeted by a very friendly young man who made feel very welcome even at that late hour. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they had craft matic adjustable beds.What a great thing! The fact that their dining room was open from 6:30am to 6:00 pm, was wondeful! All included no extra charge! WOW! Such a great additive."
