Great for a big family.
The house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Great views from the deck and the pond is nice. The steps / path to the pond is a bit steep. We had a great week and will consider this property for a future stay.

Fryeberg Fair & NH visit
I would recommend this house for a group. We had a great time with plenty of space. The house is everything stated on the website. Everything was clean, updated appliances, well-stocked with dishes, some spices, utensils and everything needed to prepare quick meals. Beds and furniture were all comfortable and clean. Pool table and games in the lower level were fun. The view of the pond was really nice. Due to rainy conditions, we did not use the fire pit, but seemed pretty easy to submit an online application for a fire permit which would have been $3.00. Must be nice in the warmer months down by the dock. Pond looks great for canoes and kayaks. Beautiful spot and extra room / bedroom came in handy for the parents with children.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean upon arrival and had more space than we anticipated. We were a party of four and there was plenty of room. The views from the back of the house of the mountains and foliage where nothing short of stunning. Just a short ride to North Conway and all the wonderful things the White Mountains have to offer. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to return. Thanks for sharing this home with us!

Wonderful Home

Lots of space for everyone!
We had an enjoyable time at this location. The pond was beautiful and quiet. The accommodations were good although we missed the personal touches we have had it the past at other VRBO rentals. Lots of picture hooks hanging on the wall with no pictures which was odd. The dishwasher didn't work ( which we were informed of when we got there) which I understand they didn't have time to fix. It just made it difficult doing dishes for 6 people. I would prefer to have paper products included next time. Bringing TP, hand soap, dish towels etc.. and bedding was a lot. Might want to make some updates for the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rent from select every year the last 6 or so years. This property was by far the cleanest and most well kept property so far. I had zero dust allergy, which has been an issue in other properties. The water was a bit of a walk down a pyramid of stairs but worth it. The only thing I wish were different was an AC unit for the downstairs and basement levels as they got REALLY hot. I would recommend this property and also would rent it again.

Wonderful rental in tranquil setting
I stayed at this property with my family over a long weekend. The house was comfortable and inviting and situated in a quiet neighborhood on a lovely small pond. Would definitely rent again if in the area.
