Great Location

Christmas and Family

The interior of the cabin was clean, neat and had wonderful little touches that we enjoyed. Marianne could not have been nicer and responded to all questions in a timely fashion. Area was quiet and each morning we watched the sun on the snow capped mountains while enjoying our coffee. We look forward to staying again next year.

Fryeburg Fair

We wanted quiet a place close to the Fryeburg Fair that was pet friendly. Place was well maintained, clean, and the hostess was so accommodating (she even offered to let our dog out while we were away at the fair). If you are travelling with a dog and want a nice place that is dog friendly, this is the best place ever.

Amazing location and host!

This cabin is in a super convenient location right off of the Kancamagus Highway, and the host Marianne has truly thought of everything! From heated blankets, great toiletries in the shower, and even treats for your dogs, no item was left unturned. There is also Wi-Fi available, which is huge as cell reception is almost nonexistent in the area. Would highly recommend!

Unique place in a secluded area remote from city life. Close enough to get to stores, shops, restaurants and markets as well as hiking spots. Marianne was a wonderful host.

The owner of the property was very helpful in providing various recommendations for hiking, restaurants and shopping in the area. She also communicated with us before our stay as well as during. We had to spend a weekend in Northern NH. The property was fantastic. The host is thoughtful and very attentive . I would suggest this property for anyone looking for a quiet getaway - clean, thoughtful , and cozy. If you have fury friends - this is paradise! Trails and attractions are surrounding the location!

Lovely stay on the Kanc!

This was the perfect place to stay while showing my family around the White Mountains! The place was comfortable and had all the necessities we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location along the Kancamagus for getting to hikes or heading into town if we needed anything. Marianne was a fabulous host as well! I would happily stay here again.

Great property if you are interested in the many hiking trails off the Kangamangus...very comfortable unit with A/C during recent heat wave. We had a great stay and appreciated the many nice touches that Marianne provides...we will be back.

Marianne’s property was so welcoming- very clean and comfortable with really thoughtful touches. Our dog joined us which was so convenient and there were lots of amenities to keep her comfy, too. The cabin was the perfect size for my wife and I with our two dogs, and had everything that we needed. Being a stone's throw from the Kancamagus Highway, it's a beautiful location and is perfect for seeing White Mountain National Forest. Our host was very communicative while also being considerate of our time and space, and made sure that our pups were just as welcome as we were! Highly recommended.
