「No where to hang towels in the bathroom and no toliet seat. Air condition extremely loud. The property was good but those two items would have been great inside the unit. 「We had a lovely time staying here! It was very close and walkable to all of the local hot spots. We arrived on Tuesday and rented a car which isn’t necessary if you plan to stay in downtown San Antonio. Our daughters BMT grad was Wednesday and Thursday which is why we needed the car. 「We loved the Spanish style architecture with modern touches and expansive rooms. Pool was filled with leaves and sand at bottom with filter clogged. Games in pool house need repair and door handle in pool house bedroom. Leaves and debris on deck and lawn tables. Lots of other cool games in the home. Large kitchen appliances and televisions. 」

「We had a wonderful stay! The location was great and it was only a short drive to restaurants and Gruene. We spent a day in Gruene Tx enjoying all the shops, the fabulous food at the Grustmill Restaurant and listening to live music at Gruene Hall. The house was very clean and perfect for the four of us. 「Everything was great except for property manager. The location was great, the access to river was nice. The only thing was the manager yelling and badgering guests for parking permits. 「The place was clean and the beds are comfortable. Furniture has some wear which you want to make sure you disclose to property management or you get charged. From the pictures, we didn’t realize there was a steep slope to the river. Not friendly for seniors. And all bathrooms are tub/showers and two are soaker jacuzzi tubs so they were deep. Also, not friendly for seniors. Otherwise, it was a good rental with lots of room for everyone. And we enjoyed the Foosball table in the playroom. Great...

「You can't beat the location in the heart of Gruene, only minutes walk from all the great Gruene spots. The Internet and TV have us some issues. But overall the stay was enjoyable and we will likely be back.」

「We had 7 guys come down to do a quick golf trip around san antonio. The house was clean and looked like the pictures. We never had any issues with the house. My only complaint would be a bigger tv in the living room, and we had trouble with the tv remote. Other than those miniscule issues, the house worked great.」

「We had a family birthday party and stayed here with family coming from various parts of Texas. The house was clean and very accommodating. The girls loved the huge mirror in the hallway to get ready. The guys enjoyed the mancave garage conversion in the back. We were in town a lot and did not have time to use the fire pit or the hot tub. But, both were prepped and ready to go. "The breakfast and front desk are good ，but the room cleaning was terrible, on the first day the bed sheets were very wrinkled and didn't seem to have been changed, there were 5 of us but the toilet only had half a roll of toilet paper. The next day when we returned to the room I found that the toilet bowl still had obvious urine in it that had not been cleaned."
