"Had great service on arrival and throughout the day but upon check out we constantly rang the reception and concierge to help us bring our luggage down but got no response so in the end had to come down and ask them. Upon check out the lady checking us out was very abrupt and made no apologies that no one answered our call and also was not courteous, she did not ask us how our stay was nor did we get a goodbye from her after check out was complete. This ruined an otherwise pleasant stay"

"Location good. In Connaught Place close to metro station. (Exit metro at gate 3.) That is the reason to stay here. There is no lift and rooms can be up several flights. It is dusty and can use some paint. But this is India so we have to evaluate in context. Did have hot water. Connaught Place itself is long ago getting long in the tooth, but you should stay near a metro, CP is central, it has some services (subject to annoying touts) and CP is one of the places you will have to visit as a...

"Nice-ish hotel. Awkward to get to the pool area. Restaurant was so-so in terms of food quality. They were doing a lot of construction, so hopefully some of the dated features will get updated."

"The staff goes above & beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. They are very attentive & helpful. My only complaint is that walls are paper thin & you can hear every sound coming from the street, people in the hotel & the bars/stores next door Great location though"

The Corus Hotel
3.0 star property
5.6 out of 10, (45)
"Absolutely filthy. Had to leave for our own health. Pictures on website very deceiving as hotel very dirty and dusty. No toilet roll in bathroom. Towels were very and torn. We were overcharged at the bar and the restaurant food was appalling. No effort out in by hotel management. We had to go to the loss of the 2 night stay as we left and went to Radisson Blu. Would need a refund as we were completely ripped off"

"Outer circle of Connaught place and close to Janpath this budget hotel is great for getting around Delhi. Close to Rajiv Chowk the metro is at your fingertips as are autorickshaws and taxis. Rooms are clean, very 1970s decor but comfortable. Breakfast was OK, totally adequate for the price we paid to stay there. Totally cool place for people who want clean, comfortable, cheap. The lovely young man on reception was very helpful. Location is king here, coupled with convenience. Perfect if coming...
