「整體唔錯，位置非常好，車站傍邊，員工安排入住效率快而且友善！但無人執房，所以我住左4晚，毛巾無人換，床無人執，最重要係垃圾無人倒！另外，雖然有浴缸，但去水口好污糟，成日有垃圾倒流上來，所以有浴缸都唔敢浸浴」

「My family of 4 people enjoyed staying in this serviced apartment a lot as we loved the flat has plenty of space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living and dining space and the open kitchen. We had no worries to prepare the meals, take shower, sleep and the room was quiet and cosy. There were also enough sockets around the entire flat to rechargre phone batteries while watching tv, sleeping and having meals. Also, we all had a good sleep for 3 nights! 「We had a long weekend stay in Thorpe view cottage. The cottage is well furnished, clean and cosy. The garden is well maintained with exceptional views. The pool is a great feature, was used every day. Ray and Julie are warm and welcoming hosts. Good location, ideal for walker's and cyclists. We had a hearty meal on two occasions at the Old dog pub, served by friendly landlord and staff.All in all we had agreat stay,will certainly return.」

「I like the overall living environment. However it would be better if bellow can be improved: 1) “Clippers Quay” which is a quite big community with service apartments. It’s really hard for travelers to find the right place to check-in (get the keys) unless you call the house owner and wait for him sending staff to pick you up. In fact, the room is not located in the building which showed in Expedia intro photo (all the other way round…it makes traveller confused and inconvenienced especially...

「Really lovely property, clean and modern. Parking was on roadside which was okay but had expected private parking. Contact with Pillo before travel was excellent but unable to speak to anyone during stay which was limited to voicemail with no follow-up. However on my return Pillo were very helpful and apologetic. Would love to stay there again.」

「The cottage was just as described. Perfect for our 2 night stay . Cosy especially with the log fire. Great base for getting out on fab walks ( we did Win Hill and Mam Tor ). Would certainly book again . 」

「Very clean and well supplied kitchen and well presented rooms. Comfy bed but very lumpy pillows. The ensuite vent banged quite loudly throughout the night in the wind causing a disturbed sleep. It would be good if the apps on the tv worked so that guests could log into their own subscription tv. Generally, excellent value for money.」

「A beautiful bungalow on the doorstep of free to walk Ilam Hall grounds and 1.5 mile walk to Dovedale stepping stones.Well equipped property with toys, colouring books and dvds for kids.6 year old didn't want to leave. 」
