Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon refreshment on the quaint covered porch or stroll Historic Main St after a day in the mountains.
If skiing isn’t your thing you can enjoy ice skating at one of the many Concord Parks. Concord also has cross country ski trail and snow shoe trails.
Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood in the desirable Concord West End within walking distance of downtown.
There are five stairs that lead to your private entrance.
Inside, our kitchen is equipped for cooking and baking with a fridge, microwave, toaster, electric stove/oven. For the coffee lover, the coffee bar is stocked with coffee, tea, sweetener and creamer. You have your choice of drip, k-cup, or French press. In the kitchen closet an electric kettle is also available. You will also find the first aid kit here. Enjoy your coffee on the porch or at the kitchen table.
Just off the kitchen is a full bathroom with a ceramic tile floor, a tub and shower. We offer shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as make-up wipes and make-up towels. We have a few extra toiletries beneath the sink as well.
The living room is bright and cheerful with the natural sunlight from the large windows. You will find a comfortable love seat and a cozy blanket to snuggle up with in front of the TV. The RCA 40” FHD Roku Smart TV is set up to stream and has an antenna. Access to streaming services are available through your own subscription, so remember to bring your streaming account information and passwords and stream your favorite shows. We also have games, books and puzzles if bad weather keeps you inside. The living room is equipped with a window unit air conditioner.
You will find the ironing board, iron, and extra linens in the living room closet.
The first bedroom has a queen bed with usb charging headboard, full length mirror, dresser, alarm clock with usb charger, and dedicated work space.
The second bedroom has a full size bed, alarm clock, walk-in closet, dresser, and seating area.
There is a covered porch with a table and two chairs to enjoy outside dining.
Centrally located means easy access to I93 and I89. More time at lakes, the mountains, or the coast-the perfect spot for your Granite State stay. An hour drive gets you to Boston, Maine, Vermont, Sea Coast, and White Mountains. It is less than an hour drive to Lake Winnipesaukee and the Lakes Region, Pats Peak, and Manchester.
We are within walking distance to restaurants, museums, shops, Capitol, UNH Law, parks and 1/2 mile from the Capitol Center for the Arts. This cozy 1st floor apartment has New England charm and quirks you expect from an almost 90 year old home.
