(negative) I am not a high tech person. I prefer a lobby and staff not on the phone asking for HELP on how to get in the building along with no free parking available (except on the street between 6pm-8am M-F. weekends) good luck. "

"The restaurants in downtown Grand Rapids is only a mile walk - wonderful. We recommend Sundance Grill. Additionally, the prporty is next to a small green space and 2 blocks west for a view of the river. I will return to this rental. "
