"The property was adequate, although a bit run down i.e. cracked switch plates and dirty baseboards. The room was cold and couldn't stay warmed up. There were only this coverlets on both beds and no real blankets or comforters. My parents were unable to stay the second night due to the frigid conditions. ..."
