I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. This is by far the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I usually don’t leave reviews but I would hate to have others thinking this is the place to be when it’s not. When you walk in the hotel it has a stench that smells like sewer. Our room also smelled like sewer and the bathroom smelled like poop. The sink was rusty and dirty and the sheets were stained. We asked to be switched to a different room and they did switch us but AGAIN the room smelled like sewer. Very outdated and just overall not pleasant rooms. Would never stay here again and I don’t recommend anyone else to.

My 2nd stay here, was a good price for the quality. If you just need a place to sleep and maybe a quick swim it's not bad at all. Good enough i returned, so that says alot. Also its been months apart and there is some screaming pig/bird outside somewhere both times lol

Overall it was okay. You can tell it was upgraded however there were small things I would recommend they do. Like the curtains in the room were annoying.They didn't close properly and they were filthy. They looked as if they have never been touched. I didn't like that you can see the pool area clear as day from outside so if a weirdo is out there they can spy and peek in.The staff are what really make it an awesome place! Every last person I had an interaction with were super nice! I checked in 2 rooms for my daughters bday some of her friends had a sleepover and I was in a room next door. The $300 dollar deposit is a bit high for this hotel, but I do appreciate not being charged 2 deposits for each room that was super nice! I would stay here again for a night or two. Its a nice little spot in a lowkey area.

I dont think you could possibly get a nicer hotel for the price and the location was spot on for our visit to Otherworld. Its literally right across the parking lot. The rooms were really nice- O especially loved the added touches such as makeup remover wipes and extra towels. The breakfast and pool were nice. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Columbus. Its also one of the only hotels that doesn't require a ridiculous deposit- you must put a card on file but Im pretty sure thats standard policy almost anywhere. Thank you to the staff at Comfort Suites for help making our little trip an enjoyable one.

We had a wonderful stay for 3 days with my family (12/27-12/29) at comfort suites the staff were incredibly friendly and specially Angel Forsyth she working days shift and she deserve to be more than operation manager because she is professional and helpful. accommodating, the rooms were clean, spacious room and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. and every grocery was close. We especially loved the breakfast buffet and our kids had a fun at pool. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting . only complaint is the deposit policy upfront $200 because I didn’t expect that much.
