Excellent Home
Loved this home. Great communication before, during and after our stay. Perfect location. Very cute and safe neighborhood. Great location. The home is very nicely remodeled and very spacious. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely house close to all the areas we wanted to visit. Property was spotless and the host was super easy to get in touch with and very helpful. Especially loved the master bedroom suite! Would definitely stay here again.

The house felt like it was recently renovated. Comfortable for the four of us and bigger than it looks. The neighborhood looks like it is in the process of turning over and will be a good rental neighborhood. A couple suggestions: add more home comforts like spices, trash bags, zip locks, aluminum foil etc.. The bedding though very comfortable could have used at least head boards and would have softened the the tasteful decor. Overall it was a nice comfortable rental and we would rent again.

Don’t stay here! Bed bugs and unaccomodating management
Check in was easy. However, the first night I was awoken by the bed bugs that were feasting on me in my sleep. When the property management company was contacted at 7:30 the next morning they were quick to send out an exterminator. After speaking to the exterminator he apprised us that the previous renter had expressed concern that the bedroom had bed bugs. Low and behold TWO nests were discovered under the mattress. I was told by the property company that we would be unable to use that bedroom for the remainder of our stay. I asked to be rebooked elsewhere but was told there was nothing available as their long term tenants had not yet decided if they would be extending their stay. As we were in town for my sons family day (Army) and graduation we were forced to rebook at a different property because we had 5 people (soon to be 6 with the Army soldiers father flying in later that evening) and only 2 available beds. The management refunded the unused nights but offered no discount on the two nights we were forced to sleep 5 people in only 2 beds. Nor was VRBO willing to refund the $103 booking fee even though we had to pay an additional booking fee to reserve new accommodations. This property and any other property managed by this company should be avoided at all costs. Disappointing customer service.

Nice, updated house. Was very clean and comfortable. college neighborhood convenient to all areas of Columbia. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean. Parking is tight if you have more than one vehicle. Basic amenities offered in home.

Fabulous rental all around
We loved this house. The layout is great and the furnishings and decor are really nice. Close to the stadium which was good as we were in town for a game. Will stay here again for sure !!

Mother/Daughter Weekend
My daughter is a freshman at U of SC. I visited for the weekend and decided to rent a house and give her a sense of home rather than staying in a hotel. She and her girlfriends loved the break from the dorms and I was able to cook for them and relax and enjoy their company. It was a fantastic weekend. Highly recommend this property. They layout is fantastic with the master suite and privacy. The proximity to campus was so conveient. Nice neighborhood too.
