The house is older so it has some quirks but we had no complaints. Great neighborhood, quick drive to campus and 5 points. We loved it!

Home could use some updating. Shower has hot water and home heated well. Older home and neighborhood. Safe area but not a 4-5 star location. Beds and pillows could be upgraded but kitchen/dining area easily accommodated up to 6 people. We had a short 3 night stay and this property met our needs. Owner communicated regularly and although we had no issues I feel certain they would have responded promptly.

Great place for game weekend
Our family stayed for the weekend to attend Carolina game. Great location, two miles to stadium. Grocery near by. Manager was very good with communication and checked in multiple time. House was exactly what we needed. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed

Parents weekend
Had a great stay, came down for my daughter Parents weekend. Love that the host allowed me to bring my dog. My daughter was so happy to have the dog in Columbia and have her dog meet her friends. Have was very clean and nice.

It’s even better than the photos!
This adorable house was a perfect home away from home for myself and my aging parents… one level, step in shower, climate control… The decor is so charming and the space was very comfortable. We even hosted and cooked dinner for 7 with the fully-equipped kitchen! This place had exactly what we needed, was convenient to campus and stadium, we loved it! Owners were great about checking with us as well and making sure we were having a great stay.
