Good size for a couple or small family
Nice place to visit with family and relax. Takes a little bit of time to figure out how to keep the temperature comfortably adjusted. We’ll visit again.

The overall experience of the house was good. It did smell like smoke when we walked in. We opened the windows and that helped a little. I was very disappointed by the smell. Our daughter wouldn't even stay in the house. She wanted to leave immediately. She stayed with her friend at her house.

Beautiful view
Converted barn with a loft bed and lower level bedroom, perfect for our group of 3 people. The view out the front is amazing and is in a quiet neighborhood except for the occasional train passing through which we enjoyed watching. Well stocked kitchen and is not far from I 25.

Rural location, but close to most the places we wanted to visit in SE Colorado. Nice yard area for me and the kids to play yard games. Quiet except the occasional train. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Perfect barn house
We loved the barn house. The Mountain view from the loft bedroom was so pretty. The beds were comfy, the decor and the setup were super cute. My only advice is if you have a crawling infant, bring a play pen! The main floor is cobblestone. It’s beautiful, but not the greatest for crawlers. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Wonderful Winter Getaway
I love this property. It's a great place to get away from the bustle of the city without being too isolated. The decor and ambiance are terrific for a quiet getaway weekend to unwind and relax.

Gorgeous Barnhouse!
The barnhouse is beautifully decorated. There are windows all around to show off the magnificent views of Pikes Peak and desert pasture hills. Very clean, comfortable and safe. Well supplied with paper products, dishes and cookware. The gas fireplace was cozy. Easy access to endless mountain, desert and lake parks where you can see Big Horn Sheep, Antelope, White Tail and Mule Deer. With only pasture in sight to the east the stars are pretty good at night. It is not super quiet with I25, railroads and military base activity nearby.

Super cozy house with everything that you need to have a great time. The kitchen is small but well equipped. Lots of little extras that really set this one apart from most. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The occasional train passing through added to the uniqueness of the location and the night sky was spectacular.

A quiet getaway
This is a wonderful property. The space has been nicely decorated and is extremely comfortable. It is far enough from town to avoid the noise without losing convenience. It is close to many great destinations and is a great choice!

Sweet Little Colorado Home
The house is exactly as described! Beautiful inside & out. Seamless arrival & departure procedures. We very much loved being able to come “home” for a few days on our 10 day road trip. Though we were far from our actual home, this place felt so welcoming and comfortable. My boys also enjoyed having a yard to play in!

Peaceful and beautiful!
Home is in a good location, a short drive to all of the tourist places we went to while in Colorado Springs. There’s a brewery on the way to the property that offered take out, about 7-10 minutes away and was pretty convenient. Large covered front porch with glider/chairs to sit and watch the train go by (which the kids loved) or drink coffee while it rained. Inside it is very open, and clean. 2nd floor had a bedroom with the best views, 3 walls of windows! The train was a little noticeable up here but our kids thought it was great and would rush outside to see it go by! On the first floor there was a room and we could not hear the train at all, had plenary of space for a playpen to be set up. The kitchen and everything was very clean and stocked with the essentials, even sandwich bags which definitely came in handy. There are no doors on the bedrooms but that worked well for us, plus they are distanced enough apart that you still have privacy. Great home, and the owner was nearby in case we had any questions or needed anything, enjoyed our stay— we would visit again! Thanks!
