Gorgeous Sunsets !

This home was very clean. The views were spectacular! From the top deck of the house, the fire pit, the deck with the chairs to the deck down on the beach. We so enjoyed this home! We used the gas grill for cooking burgers one night. Went to Di Maggio’s just down the street for excellent pizza and some drinks. Had a great time celebrating my 65th birthday at Jacobia!!!

We'll Be Back!

Loved the beach access, the paddleboards, easy and short walk to beach, and gazebo on the beach for shade when we wanted it. Rates in top 5 of our rentals ever! Was just my husband and I for 2 nights. We will bring family back for a longer stay next time. Had everything we needed.

This was just whst we needed.

The house had the most beautiful views. It was very clean and we were supplied with everything we needed. The beach area was perfect. We had paddle boards, floats, and chairs provided. We just had to bring the fun. I"d return in a heartbeat.

This remains our favorite place to stay. We love the view. The lake is beautiful. I could sit on that balcony all day long. The house and decor are great. It's close enough to St. Joseph to do things there if you want to do that.

Location and privacy can’t be beat

Amazing private beach with all the amenities needed to enjoy swimming and water sports. Clean and comfortable house with a fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook and lots of outdoor space to enjoy dinner and drinks outside. Some frustrations dealing with a property management company - I wish they would assign a trip specialist that we could reach out to rather than contacting a different person each time but overall a great property and experience. Will be back!

Perfect Getaway

Just what we were looking for!

We wanted a house on the beach where we could bring our dog. We hoped for privacy, access to the water, a great view for sunsets, and a home base where we would enjoy having coffee in the morning and cooking dinner at night. We got all of this! Along with an easy drive to South Haven, a fire pit in the yard, and multiple spots to relax and enjoy the scenery. Highly recommend! *Note that the house water has a strong sulphur smell—nothing wrong with it, just strong if you are sensitive to smells, so it surprised us. We did love our stay here! Thank you for sharing this slice of beautiful beach and lake!

Amazing house!

We were blown away by this house! The house was extremely clean when we arrived and appreciated the extra towels and toiletries. But the best part was the outdoor spaces, lake views and direct lake access. Our family of 4 (and pup) had the best time and can’t wait to come back!

Lovely Stay!

We loved this rental steps away from Lake Michigan. Clean accommodations and had everything provided for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the Jacobia Blend Kayak coffee that was provided and our dog Mayday enjoyed his care package as well! Ideally located between South Haven and St. Joe/Benton Harbor so it's easy to enjoy all the area has to offer - or stay at Jacobia and watch the incredible sunsets or enjoy long walks on the beach.

Incredible Lake Michigan vacation!!

This rental was everything we had hoped for and more! Direct beach access while the home was nestled up in the trees (great views from the house and beach alike) and so many places to sit and relax outside — our favorite was the wooden platform right on the beach with plenty of reclining chairs and just a few steps down to the water. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic stay!

The proximity to the beach is a wonderful feature and you feel like you have the whole beach to yourself with very few people around. The house has paddle boards, kayak, life jackets, sand toys and beach chairs and beach towels available for use but not in the listed description. The decks are wonderful and the views are beautiful. DiMaggio's is just down the street with great pizza and Italian food. Be mindful of tick checks as it is in a wooded lot with ticks a plenty.

Perfect in every way

House was exactly as described. What a bonus to find paddle boards, a kayak, plentiful firewood, etc at the house. The location couldn't be better and the home had everything we needed for our stay. The pictures just don't do it justice. At night, with the deck lights, serene sounds of the lake.. the vibe is all any of us could've asked for!
