Upon arrival, we were sent to room 105. We wanted to check the room before accepting, and as we walked in, the lights didn't work. We went back to the front desk and he then sent us to room 125. After looking at the room, the beds seemed clean so we accepted. After checking in and going back to the room, however, we realized none of the outlets worked. As my daughter sat on the bed, it completely sunk down in the middle. We went back to the front desk, requesting a refund and left to find a different hotel. Upon walking up to the desk, another family was there, also complaining because they had just been sent to room 105 (where we had just told him the lights didn't work). My husband called him out on it and all of us left, refusing to stay. Although we were promised a refund, they still took the money out of our account this morning- just filed a dispute with the bank in hopes of getting a refund.
