Rooms were dirty toilets look like they’ve never been clean. We had to call a manager to clean it the night we arrived. Facility extremely outdated hallways, smell, musty elevator extremely tiny and slow. Breakfast was OK close to amenities and food places next time I will be staying at the Days Inn for the same price with an added swimming pool.

The property just n eds a few miner touch up's there was paint scratched off my doors and dirt in the tracks k of the shower and tiles they could be a little cleaner I have been staying here three nights and wanted to stay two more nights but the rates went up too high almost double so now have to checkout tomorrow and move to a different hotel

Our stay at Comfort Inn & Suites was overall a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast area was well-maintained. A dedicated staff member ensured cleanliness by promptly cleaning up after guests and replenishing food when needed. The breakfast selection was fresh and well-stocked, which we really appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room could use some improvement. We noticed several moldy spots on the silicone in the gap between the window sill and the shower area. Additionally, air circulation in the room was not ideal. Despite booking a non-smoking room, we occasionally caught the scent of cigarette smoke. To improve air quality, we had to keep the bathroom exhaust fan running at all times. Despite these issues, the friendly service and well-kept common areas made our stay comfortable. With a few improvements in room maintenance and ventilation, this could easily be a 5-star experience.

Stayed for one night with a friend as we were visiting the area. The room was a bit dated but very clean and neat. The breakfast was very good. A great place to stay and would do it again.

One day stay with my friend on March 9. The usb ports damaged and not working, changed to another room faced to the main traffic street. A lot of traffic plus the ambulance sounds made unrest night. Not good stay.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The property itself is a bit run down with wallpaper peeling off the walls in the hallway. Our room came with a broken pullout bed so we had to switch rooms last minute as we were getting ready to sleep.

A Nice Stay Despite Initial Hiccups Rating: 4/5 I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn Collingwood, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, our check-in was delayed due to a power outage in the entire area. Unfortunately, the reception staff wasn't very cooperative, repeatedly stating "no power" without offering alternative solutions, even after I showed them my reservation. Fortunately, we decided to reschedule our plans and headed to Blue Mountain for the rest of the day. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was impressive. The free coffee was a lovely bonus! The hotel's cleanliness and tidiness were also noteworthy. During breakfast, a large group of people arrived, but the staff managed the situation efficiently. The in-room microwave was a convenient touch, allowing us to warm up our snacks. Despite the initial power outage and staff issues, our stay at Comfort Inn Collingwood was enjoyable. With a bit more attention to customer service, this hotel could truly excel.
