Stunning townhome
Absolutely perfect for our little stay! Location to Santa’s Wonderland was awesome. We were able to crash after a long night and sleep ultra comfortably. The Christmas Tree was the absolute perfect touch. This property is decorated and furnished beautifully. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Great Thanksgiving
If you are looking for a very clean and nicely decorated home, look no further. This home is so clean, it looks new. The beds are comfortable with lots of pillows, sheets, covers, towels and dish towels. Two cars fit easily in the garage and four more would fit in the driveway. The neighbor hood is well kept and quiet. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The Wi-fi connection is very good. Our teenager really liked the Xbox. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. We had one question and the hosts responded very quickly. This is an awesome place to stay. We would love to go back again!

Beautiful Home
Another wonderful stay at this home. It has so many thoughtful touches it is hard to name them all. We arrived on Friday in a major storm and decided to skip going out to dinner. We picked up some snacks and I was delighted to find cheese knives in the kitchen along with boards. The home is stocked with everything you need and didn’t know you needed. It is super clean and in a convenient area. Very safe. Couldn’t recommend a better place.

What a great rental!
We stayed the night here after taking our granddaughters to Santa’s Wonderland. It’s about 10 minutes away. Extremely clean and comfortable. Well appointed. We would stay again for sure!

Beautiful, comfortable Aggie home
Nancy’s home was perfect for our family! Every room was well appointed with supplies, comfy beds and bedding, and tasteful decor. It was an added bonus for each bedroom to have a full private bath, plus a futon, pack n play, and extra half bath. There were 4 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant so we were able to spread out with plenty of personal and family space. Nancy was quick to respond to me and flexible with our needs. There’s a community pool around the corner which satisfied the primary request of our daughter. I highly recommend this house!

The townhouse is exactly as described plus a few surprises. If you often rent from VRBO or any other home rental sites you've probably grown accustomed to packing your own toiletries, including blow dryer(s). Every bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and plenty of towels/washcloths. The rental was very clean and although we only stayed one night, the kitchen was well appointed. If you are staying for any extended period of time cooking meals should be easy to manage. An extremely pleasant surprise was a Keurig machine with TONS of Keurig cup options to choose from. The Livingroom had a few throw blankets available which made for a cozy rest on the couch. This owner truly thought of everything. Next time we head to College Station this is where we plan to stay. Great location near Texas A&M. Very well decorated. Three bedrooms with full baths great for couples or families. Large TVs with multiple streaming services. There’s also an Xbox in the landing upstairs. Townhouse is in the midst of college student living but it was quiet while I was there.

The property is clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Kitchen is well organized and looks to have quite a variety of appliances stored neatly off the counter. You even have access to park in the attached garage. Easy access to a large H‑E‑B grocery store and TAMU campus. Definitely recommend this property.
