Magical place!
A total surprise with this villa. Everything was perfect and it is quiet with little to no traffic to worry about. Micheal is a most gracious host, going out of his way to make us all appreciated and welcomed. Has everything close by that is needed. We enjoyed a blissful week there. Swam in the lake, pool and went out to meals and cooked our meals at home too. Truly felt like a home away from home. Perfect for your stay!

Wunderschönes Haus mit viel Platz mit Pool und sehr Nahe zum See
Wir waren zu viert mit 2 Hunden 1 Woche im Casa Romantica. Es war wunderschön. Es hat alles was man braucht. Schöner Garten mit grossem Pool. Zum See nur 1 Minute zu Fuss. Am See sind kaum Leute (hat genug Platz). Der Gastgeber wohnt in der Nähe und ist sehr zuvorkommend. Einkausmöglichkeiten mit Auto ca. 15‘ entfernt im riesengrossen Iperal. Da findet man def. alles!

Wir hatten einen tollen Vermieter mit einem tollen Objekt. Großer sauberer Pool. Viel Platz auch für unseren Hund. Jedes Zimmer einfach toll! Und so nah am Wasser. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen wieder

Sehr schönes Haus, an wunderbarer Lage
Unsere Familie, von Baby bis Oma, hat hier eine tolle Woche verbracht. Viel Platz, schöner, gepflegter Garten mit Pool. Zuverlässige, nette Vermieter. Es darf gelebt werden, mit Kinder-kreischen und Erwachsenen-lachen am Abend. Einfach top 👍🏻

Wunderschön gelegen und top-ausgestattetes Haus
Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und war jederzeit da, wenn Fragen aufgetaucht sind. Der Pool ist grandios, alles ist sehr gepflegt und die Lage am See ist wunderschön. Es hatte auch im separaten Flachbau eine Klimaanlage, was sehr geschätzt wurde. Die Woche im Casa Romantica wird uns in schöner Erinnerung bleiben. Herzlichen Dank!

Sehr gepflegtes Haus an unübertreffbarer Lage!
Wir waren Grosseltern plus Hund, Eltern und unsere 5 Kinder im Alter zwischen 5 und 11 Jahren. Das Haus war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse! Wir haben nun schon zum 8. Mal ein Haus in Italien gemietet, an dieses kam aber keines ran! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, es mangelt an absolut nichts. Die Küche ist super eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem und haben richtige Decken und nicht, wie in Italien sonst üblich, nur Leintücher. Der Vermieter, Herr Bohlscheid, ist ausserordentlich nett und hiflsbereit. Das Pool ist perfekt und die Kinder haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt nur 50 m vom See entfernt! Als passionierte Windsurfer kamen auch wir Eltern voll auf unsere Kosten. Der See in der Bucht von Piona wird nicht von Linienschiffen befahren, weshalb auch für die Kinder ein gefahrenfreies Surfen gut möglich ist. Wir kommen wieder!!

Ein tolles Haus an einer super Lage.
Ein tolles Haus. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es mangelt an nichts. Die Küche ist super eingerichtet. Der Comersee ist zum greiffen nah aber nicht überloffen, da es fast den Charakter eines Privatstrandes hat. Der Pool war natürlich für unsere Kids ein Highlight. Sehr sauber und gut unterhalten. Wenn man etwas verbessern könnte, wäre das einzige (Kritik auf hohem Niveau) eine Klimaanlage im Poolhaus zu überdenken.

Top Urlaub in einem tollen Haus!
Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat alles was man sich wünschen kann. Die Küche ist Top ausgestattet, der Garten und der Pool haben eine super Größe! Die Schlafzimmer sind toll eingerichtet. Vorallen der Seeblick aus naherzu jedem Fenster ist toll. Wir hatten einen rundherum perfekten Urlaub und können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Toller Aufenthalt wo alles passte...
Das Haus hat eine top Auststattung und Lage, war auch für penibelste Ansprüche extrem sauber. Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und steht jederzeit zur Verfügung. Von X-Fernsehern, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Klimalanlage, el. Markisen mit Sonnen- und Windsensor zwei Kühlschränke plus Eisfächer über Bose-Soundsystem bis zum Weber Grill war alles vorhanden. Der Ausbilck auf den See ist - insbesondere auch auf den Balkonen der oberen Etagen ein Genuss. In ca. 5km Entfernung gibt es übrigens einen Spitzen-Supermarkt, der keine kulinarischen Wünsche offen lässt. Brötchen gibt es morgens fussläufig und das Restaurant El Logase in ca. 400m Entfernung ist empfehlenswert ( reservieren ist nötig) Somit gibt es nichts zu meckern und wir haben nichts vermisst.

Velutstyrt bolig med flott beliggenhet like ved Como-sjøen.
Vi var en familie med 9 personer fra 3 generasjoner. 3 gutter 16 -12 år bodde i anekset. De savnet air cond ition fordi vi var der i en varm periode. Til gjengjeld stortrivdes de med et flott basseng like utenfor døren. Hovedhuset var meget tilfredsstillende, og spesielt eldste generasjon hadde det som grever i det store "master bedroom". Meget god service fra huseier som holdt til i en naboeiendom. KAN ABSOLUTT ANBEFALES!

Erholung pur.
Wir waren 10 Personen und haben das Haupthaus sowie Flachbau genutzt. Es war rundum ein toller Urlaub. Das Haus, der Garten, Pool alles super. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Ausstattung ist super. Es gibt alles was man benötigt. Der Blick zum See und auch die Distanz ist genial. 50 m und man ist am Seeufer. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar, was toll war, wenn man Fragen zum Ort hatte. Wir waren alle begeistert und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
