All you could ask for!!

The place is very nice. Has everything you could need and more. The kayaks and paddle boards are a great way to enjoy the lake. And the host go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Memorial Day

We had a wonderful time at Brian and Tina's home. Tina provided so many little touches personalized to us. The house was beautifully decorated and the lake was just a short walk away. We were able to bring our dogs along and they had just as much fun!! Great home for game and movie nights or s'mores by their firepit! It was also a short drive to town. We had an amazing weekend and would highly recommend this property!!

Kidd Island Bay lake house

We had a great time on the lake! Tina was very involved throughout our stay, checking in often, getting us anything we needed. The home was very well stocked too and well thought out for travelers (USBs throughout home to charge devices, etc). There was plenty to keep us busy such as paddle boards, kayaks, fishing poles, games, and a fire pit. Tina even left a nice treat for the kids (and us) for our stay! Thanks Tina!

Greta Lake property close to doentown Cour d'Alene

Such a great place to stay especially after camping for many weeks. Tina was absoluely wonderful, thorough and helpful. Such a kind person. Would highly recommend staying here. We had no issues ourselves, but I highly emphasize the steepness of the house, property and walk down to the lake. If you can handle that, it's an absolute dream place to stay. Dog friendly was a huge plus! Thank you!

Perfect Lake Vacation!

The re-VIEWS don’t lie, we had the best lake vacation here! Every detail was accounted for, the owners put their heart and soul into the home. Tina and Brian are very communicative, attentive, and gracious. We were taken aback from the moment we arrived - the home was immaculate, warm, comforting, and welcoming, and the welcome basket for us and our boys was incredible! All the details were covered for the week, many essentials and extras available, entertainment, games, fishing poles, fire pit and especially loved the kayaks and paddle boards to get out on the water! A beautiful and quiet lake house retreat that’s close enough to downtown CDA, the perfect distance for all activities. Thanks for everything, we will be returning!

Beautiful stay!

We came here with 8 people to relax and enjoy the area. The home was stocked with everything we needed (and more!) and Tina even left drinks and s’mores for a treat around the fire pit. The home was clean and in a beautiful area. The walk down to the lake was a bit steep but very doable. We all enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards! Lovely place to spend a relaxing vacation.

Great vacation rental. Clean from top to bottom. Host was great at making sure we had everything we needed. I would say better than we expected. For sure we would stay there again we had everything we needed and then some.

Absolutely beautiful! Super soft sheets & bed! Well stocked. Amazing owner who goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect! Lots of firewood, soft towels, well stocked kitchen, coffee available. We felt like we were staying a friend's house. It was perfect!!!

Great Kidd Island home

What a wonderful stay!

One of the best stays we have had at any Vrbo - Tina’s home was clean, comfortable, and all set up for us. Beautiful views of the lake through the trees. In a really nice and quiet neighborhood. Tina also went above and beyond, fully stocking the kitchen and leaving a really kind gift basket for us. The most amazing part was that we were not able to make it out to stay in December when we had originally scheduled. Tina was flexible and let us switch our dates to January at no charge. Thank you, thank you, thank you Tina!!!

Such a dream!

Tina was an absolute dream to work with, such a wonderful host. Her thoughtfulness to what our family was needing (kid stuff, baby gates, etc) was all provided for and she even went above and beyond to buy them welcome toys! The home was very cozy for our family of 5 (4,2,8 weeks) and was very toddler friendly. The views and location were excellent, take out & Instacart deliveries were super fast. My family and I would recommend Tina & her home to anyone! Can’t wait to return!
