Dance weekend house

We stayed for a dance competition weekend!!! Loved how open the layout was, we could all be together and not be crowded. Will be back in two weeks!!! Love this place

Great stay!!

We had an amazing stay at City Beach House. The house and neighborhood for perfect for hanging out and enjoying a relaxing week in the beautiful CDA. Our kids loved the bunk room and the kitchen/living room were awesome for cooking and enjoying our time with friends and family.

The house worked out great for us. It was centrally located and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of glassware and dishes. We enjoyed walking to the lake and downtown. We would stay there again!

Our family was in town for our daughter's wedding and had a wonderful stay at the City Beach House. The home has a lovely open format, very comfortable accommodations and the location is amazing. Thank you for making our special week even better...we'll be back!

Birthday celebration at Lake CdA

This was my first VRBO experience and it exceeded my expectations. The property comfortably slept all 12 of us and it was within walking distance of a great beach at the lake, as well as downtown shopping and restaurants. Three things make or break a stay for me: the bed, the pillows, and the shower. All 3 of these were great at this property.

Great House, Great Location! This property was easy to find and had enough parking in the back. The bunk room was a little small and some of the beds are outdated, but overall a great rental.

Great home and great location

The home is close to downtown. Very walkable (when there isn’t too much snow). Next to an awesome park for the kids. The home is well furnished. There is a bunk room and bathroom off the garage, since you have to go outside to access it, it’s better for older kids or maybe some in laws. We really enjoyed our stay!

What a perfect home for our family. Main house 4 bedrooms with huge master! Through courtyard is mother in law suite with 4 beds and bathroom - ideal for kids space. Perfect open space for family hang out, perfect kitchen open layout to living area. Walk thru park lovely to main lake area and restaurants only 10-15 mins. Parking in garage and behind house with helpful washer and drier! Morning coffee on front porch a must.

Excellent location, beautiful home!

You won’t be sorry booking this gorgeous home! The location can’t be beat - mere blocks to gorgeous parks and sandy waterfront. Don’t want to leave the house? Then hang in the back equipped with a fire pit and plenty of seating. Only downsides were the images don’t quite depict how small the backyard is, and the “bunk room” is perfect for older kids but definitely not close enough to the main house for little kids. The kitchen and rooms are fully stocked with everything you’ll need. Wonderful house, we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful house in an ideal location

This property worked perfectly for my large family. We have five kids, 5 and under, and nine adults. This house accommodated all of us very comfortably. The location of this house could not be better. Fort Sherman park is a block away, the beach is about 3 blocks away and downtown is also a very short walk. We rarely used our cars. The house has a lovely fenced in patio. This made for a great place to gather on the warm evenings. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Location with just a couple things to be aware of.

This home was an easy walk to almost everything. The layout is great and it has been beautifully upgraded. Beds were comfortable and my extended family and I enjoyed our stay. The only negatives are this: The bunk room does not have air conditioning. It has a window that gets a small breeze. But, beware it was too hot to sleep in July. My daughter chose to sleep on the couch. The next is a small thing but worth mentioning before you go to the grocery store. Most VRBOs that I have rented come stocked with salt and pepper and basic pantry items. We also could have used some tinfoil (I left ours) and cooking spray. Maybe Covid makes it so they don’t stock those things. But, be aware. Other than that I highly recommend his property and woukd rent there again.

The house was nice and we liked the openness of it. We did have a problem with the stove, the oven didn’t work. But we worked around that. We are all over 70 and it would have been nice to have grab bars to get in and out of the tub and the rugs in that bathroom were very slippery on the floor.

Family Vaca

We loved the location to the park & beach. The house was very well equipped with anything we needed in the kitchen, bedroom & bath. There were a few things that could use some work, a few of the stools were very wobbly, some of the kitchen chairs were coming apart underneath, the door knob in the bunk room was not fully connected, but overall was a great house, we loved it.
