We were able to walk to all areas of interest, including restaurants, with ease. The house was clean and nicely equipped. The screened in porch was wonderful. We would stay here, again."

"This property, in a small historic, colonial row house is compact, but well suited for two to three guests. The inside is comfortably and tastefully furnished and updated. Excellent shower and climate control. Private parking is a big plus, and location is walkable to most key points of interest. If you’re staying more than a couple days, clothing storage space is limited. Would recommend!"

"Loved the house and we have always loved the location at Melrose. Having 4 bedrooms with each having own full bathroom was great for the entire family. Place well equipped and above the standard short term rental experience we have. Great hosts and quick responses to any questions. "Having stayed at Cottage on the Green B before, I knew it would be the perfect my grandchildren’s first visit to the ocean! Love its walkable proximity to the adjacent park, lighthouse, marine museum and North Beach access. The cottage is just like it’s pictured in the write up! Comfortable furnishings with unique decor. Appreciate that the owner thinks to supply the basics as well as beach towels and chairs. Next time coming to Tybee I’d choose this cottage again!"

"For what it is (a converted warehouse or something), our stay was fun and enjoyable. The parking situation wasn’t optimal since we had to walk a couple of blocks every time we wanted our car. I’ve stayed in some resorts so big, I would’ve paid extra to only walk this far, so it wasn’t horrible. We were double-charged by the parking company too, but that’s a whole other story. I have to say the couch was atrocious. It was unusable to sit on, and the fold out mattress was worse. They need to dump...
