The breakfast area is elegant and overlooks the green back garden. My room was underground. It wasn’t dark but I could hear the cars that parked nearby and people walking on the road. However since this is a generally quiet area, this was not a major problem. The shower cubicle in my room needed maintenance because the water did not drain well. Otherwise...

"Fantastic location. The room was lovely. Thin walls did mean we could hear anything that was happening in the landing and some inconsiderate guests were yelling up and down the stairs one night when they returned home very late. "
