“It is few blocks away from everything! Fairly quiet but thin ceiling and we could hear people above us walking steps. We spotted some bugs but maybe came through the windows. The Water drainage in one of showers was bad and also We wished there was a hair dryer.”

“Good location, not recommended for people looking for silence and tranquility, as there is a a very noisy party bar in the building. Also, there is a lack of communication between the organisation, since there is no coordination regarding the delivery of keys or the status of the apartments.(At least in my case)”

“The suite was excellent! Nice kitchen and was well equipped, with exception of a vegi peeler. However we but did not actually use the kitchen, ;o). Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was nice. The shower was excellent. ”

“Nice and clean but stale. Typical Lima apartment issues, bad plumbing so it smells gross after toilet use, and the owmer tried to charge us for pee on the bed whem it was merely tea spilled, and i think a miscommunication due to language barrier.”

“The place is awesome! The doorman was polite and friendly. We arrived at midnight but the check-in process still went smoothly. The only issue we had was the hot shower. The hot water was on and off. The water heater needs to be fixed. Other than that, we are satisfied with everything. ”

“我是来这边做生意的，一开始还蛮不错，房子也满意但是第二次续订的时候，房东加了一倍的价格，没有其他选择，而且有一次门打不开，要住客自己花钱解决，这个不应该是房东负责么。务实的说，房子不错，只是房东人不咋地，周围好酒店很多，能不来还是别来了，整体感觉很不好，第三次我就去其他地方续住了”

“First, let me say if you get an email from this company asking for your credit card number, ignore it. Expedia contacted them and they said it was sent by mistake, then told me later they had been hacked. hmm. Building is very nice (check out the rooftop area, nicer than the pictures) and apartment is very nice and clean. However the location is on this large open area (sports field) surrounded by other high rises at the intersection of two major roads. So although I was on the 14th floor,……
