Family Reunion Fun
Mudge Ranch Retreat was the perfect home for our family with lots of areas to gather; a huge kitchen to prepare our meals, a large deck to relax and enjoy nature, play games and of course, eat. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and if you forgot something, Vons and Raleys is a short drive away. Home was very clean, nice size bedrooms, plenty of parking in a quiet neighborhood. This was our second time staying in this home and everyone wants to return.

Best family house!
We loved staying at the mudge ranch. Everything in the house works great and the kitchen is beyond stocked. We were snowed in and enjoyed full two days of snow in the big back yard. All the kids loved sleeping in the loft together. We’d stay here again for sure!

Fantastic stay
This property was just as advertised. It was so roomy and comfortable. It had all of the comforts of home in an excellent location. The deck was a perfect place to have our meals for our whole family as it has two large tables with plenty of seating space. Bonus was an air hockey table that kept the family entertained. Beds were very comfortable as well. I had to contact the host for questions a couple of times and his response was quick and satisfactory. All in all, I would definitely stay at this property again.

Our family had an awesome time. House was clean, beautiful and cozy. Well supplied with needs such as toiletries, kitchen need. Well spent time at the deck for bbq and star gazing at night. Spacious backyard, our family was able to play volleyball, the fun of it overrides the hot weather...what blessed labor day weekend we had...Thank you

Away from main areas, tucked away, yet close enough to get necessities.
Great times indoors and outdoors. Eight adults that could all find their peace and quiet when needed. Closest entrance to Yosemite Park was closed due to fires, so a little extra drive, but just thankful it got contained for all of the residents, first responders, and visitors. Spent a great day at Bass Lake.

We found everything to be exactly as it was detailed in the description. Entering the house was an easy process. Everything was labeled, from drawers to light switches, so we didn’t have to guess about anything. The home accommodated our family group of 12 very easily and we all had a great time making memories, visiting Yosemite and Bass Lake.

Perfect Place for Family Retreat
Mudge Ranch Retreat was perfect size for our large family (14) to celebrate our postponed Christmas and Easter celebration. The kitchen was large enough for us to fix our meals and having two refrigerators provided enough room for all the food we brought. If planning to prep food and hand wash dishes, bring dish soap, dish towels and garbage bags; we easily used up the ones provided and had to go out and purchase some. The outside deck and large picnic tables provided enough room for all of us to enjoy Easter lunch outside ( weather was perfect). Home was easy to find, plenty of parking, comfortable beds and family room furniture. The views both inside and out were beautiful. Home is very well maintained and reflects the owners' pride of ownership.

One word AMAZING!
Renting this amazing property was as easy as 123 literally super easy and convenient most of all 5star customer service. As we were there we wanted to book it for August but we were to late it was booked already looking forward to rent it for Christmas in talks already with the family the view! The area! Can’t find the perfect word just breath taking actually my husband wanted to write an offer for the house Lol it was just one of the best houses we have stayed in bass lake

Stay here!
This property is well appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen lacked for nothing and the labeled drawers and light switches made navigating the home much easier. While situated in a neighborhood, it was in a rural area that had access to Oakhurst in 10 minutes and only 30 minutes from the south entrance of Yosemite. Some of our party are considering renting this home for a family reunion once COVID makes traveling easier. Overall a wonderful spot for our party of 8!

Great property in a nice area close to Bass Lake, perfect for large family gatherings. The place was nicely decorated and clean with a good AC, but communication with property manager was definitely subpar. The contact phone given was to the wrong company that did not even manage the house...and the dishwasher was also not functional which made cleaning a nightmare.

This house has beautiful views. We even had a family of five deers come visit the back yard. We enjoyed playing volleyball and with the cornhole boards. We loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The kids took over the loft. We will definitely be going back!

Great ranch retreat!
We had a great time at this property, the air hockey, horseshoe, and volleyball kept everyone entertained. There was plenty of room for my family/friends. We brought our dog and he had a great time on the large property grounds and being on the deck with us. Overall, it was a great spot to stay.

An amazing house!
This place was very special. I loved all the thermostats (5 total) in the house to control the temp to match what everyone wanted! The air hockey was a huge hit. Awesome bbq to cook chicken and burgers. Amazing kitchen. It had everything we needed and then some. Just very beautiful overall. Great for multiple families.
