"This was our first time staying at this property. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We were given a tour of property along with 2 complimentary glasses of champagne. We enjoyed outdoor fireplace at night and appreciated our complimentary breakfast boxes in the morning. The property is quaint and only recommendation is to replace carpet in room as it was worn. Overall a nice stay!"

"We had a great trip! Nate and staff are very friendly and go above and beyond. From delivering ice cream cups to the pool to wine/cheese hour to checking in on guests, they made sure everyone was taken care of. The limited hours of the office were a little annoying, but their sister property next door is open all the time and can help. The rooms could use a little maintenance (dresser door didn’t want to stay shut, lower part of door seal didn’t line up and door knob didn’t always latch). It...

"Peaceful relaxing place, the waiter at the restaurant charged us $15 for 2 house coffee at 8am to find out from the other waiter that we could get a complimentary house coffee by ourselves which wasn’t a difficult task for us to do however this kind of a sneaky service makes us to be cautious about everything else around the property and that is something that is taking away a full enjoyment that you could get even though everyone is nice at the property but one experience like this changes the...

"I received my confirmation Tuesday before our check in Saturday... the place was being painted and closed BECAUSE the property had been sold! NO NOTIFICATION to us and it took a little over an hour to find another property comparable. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of communication "

"This is our second year staying at basecamp, It’s a fun camping experience but there is room to improve. I will say last year was a lot nicer! The bathrooms and showers werent cleaned out as much as they should of been. "
