We have stayed at this house several times while working on a project in the area. It is a top pick for our team to stay. The hosts are always have good communication and the house definitely has a wow factor. Extremely spacious and luxurious. You won’t be disappointed!

Nice but not perfect
Property was nice, but not perfect. There was no welcome/checkout binder with instructions about how to use the spa, where TV remotes were located (never found one and each bedroom had a TV) and what needs done upon leaving. No common kitchen supplies like salt & pepper, oil, spices, coffee filters. Only one hair dryer for 3 bathrooms and no facial tissue in the bathrooms. I reached out to property manager for assistance and our contact person was never contacted. Pool table cues didn't have felt tips, which could cause damage to the pool table. Overall the stay was fine, house was large and accommodating the 8 of us easily. As this is listed as a luxury property, there should be a little more focus on simple items that one expects in a rental.

VRBO - Park Heaven
My party stayed at the Park Heaven property in the Coachella Valley for a work trip we had planned with a 13 person team. Throughout our stay, we noticed multiple discrepancies with the listing. The property advertises enough space to comfortable sleep 20 guests, but we found this to be false. The 'pull-out couches' mentioned in the listing turned out to be small chairs unfit for sleeping and the mattresses provided throughout the house were incredibly stiff, making it difficult for anyone to get a decent night's sleep. Additionally, throughout our stay, we encountered a complete lack of warm water in the property, which made basic activities such as showering extremely inconvenient for all guests. As guests who spent the weekend working and were looking for a comfortable stay and good night’s sleep, we felt very misled by the listing and left the the property having a less than enjoyable experience.

Great property
The property had everything. It was equipped with every kitchen item you could wish for. The beds were comfortable the bedding was nice. Lots of towel’s. Great BBQ lots of games. Loved the pool table. Liked having a garage for the car. The pool and hot tub were too cold to use. I wish the hot tub was actually a hot tub. Over all I would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Trip
Thoroughly impressed with how large this house was and very nice. It has room for everyone and tons of fun board games and game room. The pool and golf was a hit. The hot tub gave us so much trouble and it was broken the first night so we were unable to use it which was such a bummer as it was a necessity when booking the place. It didn’t get fixed until Saturday midday and we were able to use it the last night.
