"The property is conveniently located just off highway 65, which makes it an excellent choice for a good night's sleep for the last mile. It was an excellent value given the level of cleanliness and delightful staff. It met or exceeded my expectations given the cost of the room. There's a Walmart adjacent to the property, and a Casey's convenience store directly across the highway. There are many other options for dining and other services in the immediate area as well."

"The hotel itself was nice. The staff was friendly and the breakfast they offer was good and had plenty of options. Our only complaint was there were no charging stations in the rooms and the hot water was spotty. "

"Price was affordable. Not much for a hot breakfast only pancakes. No fruits were offered. Cereal and yogurt were offered. Just enough food to get by. Room was clean and appeared to have been remodeled. Ice machine worked. It was all I needed for one night."
