"Nice resort over all & relaxing stay. "

"rooms are very clean. the only negative in this place is the check in. you have to stand in line for about 10 to 20 minutes to check in and wait for about 1 hour for your room to be available after check in, the when you room is available you have to stand in line again for 10 to 20 minutes to get your keys. the lobby counter is small and only has 2 worker."

"We were a late check in as we were on a road trip. I had read reviews and it was stated there wasn’t a person at the front desk. I called several times to let someone know we’d be coming and a time. Someone finally answered and said “well, you’ll have to be quiet, people are sleeping”. All we needed was a shower and a bed to sleep in. Aside from that, everything was great. Nice, clean rooms and a nice part of town."

"The staff was great. Both the coffee shop and the front desk were fast and friendly. It was a little annoying that one of the few places open for lunch was a long drive away and very inconvenient. There was also construction going on (not a big deal), and my neighbor's dog was barking all the time. Also, when I called, I was told there would be a shuttle to GaryCon. It was only twice a day, and came back at 7:30 which is pretty much useless."
