Welcome to our wonderful loft in the Historic Warehouse District! Seconds from Lake Erie, The Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame, and Cleveland Browns Stadium. This spot is considered one of the best locations in the city-- walking distance from the best stores/restaurants/bars in Cleveland and walkable to every major sports stadium, Jack Casino and Public Square. And of course, we have a shuffle board table for you to enjoy!

Guest Access:
There is one flight of stairs to climb when first entering the building, after that you can take the elevator to the loft. Parking is not included, however there is a lot directly next to the building that typically is affordable. Entire space plus gym are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Cleveland's Historic Warehouse District.

Getting Around:
Parking not included, however there are lots of lots in the surrounding area. Also, the RTA (public transit) is down the street and walkable from the unit.

PARKING: Not included

STEPS: There is a staircase in the front of the common area of the apartment building (about 12 steps), one flight of stairs to the elevator which will take you to the 4th floor.
