"The checking in was great had a great person to do all the arrangements. The room on the other hand still had old food in the fridge and the hotel floor looked like it needed much updated walls due to the damage on the walls and floors all of the staff from cleaning was ok not goin to say nice but ..."

"Loved the location, layout and design of property. I would have given it 5 stars, exceptfor the fact that the sofa bed mattress was covered with dog hair and filth from outside. There was also a spot under the sofa of dog barf/pee that needs to be cleaned up. Otherwise, we absolutely loved the place. ..."

"Loved this cabin so much . Clean and beautiful. Hot tub was so relaxing. The swing was my favorite. The wildlife coming through was amazing we seen a mama deer and her baby and a buck. It is beautiful in Helen. Highly recommend 👌"
