"Everything was exceptional! Clean, friendly staff, beautiful amenities. If I'll have to complain about something ...it would have to be dining options. I would probably give more staff at the dining restaurant downstairs. It was over a half hour wait to eat at the restaurant downstairs and then one server to bring food. The buffet was unappetizing. On our last night we couldn't get food because of wait times at the restaurant."

"Room and common areas looked exactly like the pictures. There were yummy cookies every afternoon but you had to get there quickly. Restaurant has a small and simple menu, but good food and nice vibe. Breakfast is basic, but free. So no complaints. Room was tidy, but under the beds was extremely dusty. For kids with intense allergies this was a problem. Housekeeping only changed out the garbage liners, no cleaning or tidying of the beds to be had. That’s why I deducted 1 star. "

"Very good place, clean and cozy. Stuff is very friendly. Hotel has a hottub, sauna and steam room included in the room price, however the reservation is required for those amenities, which is not mentioned on Expedia! So after booking better to call hotel directly and made the reservation. Expedia didn't notify us so when we arrived to hotel, all amenities were fully booked and we could not enjoy it."

"We were blown away. It was our first time staying there and we had no idea how beautiful the hotel would be. We booked for the Alder but we hit placed in the tower of the world resorts casino. This was such. Pleasant surprise bc no we were right there with the restaurants, bars, casino, spa, pool etc. Every staff member was lovely, helpful and really seemed like they are happy to be working at the resort. The room was massive and spotless. Every inch of the place was clean and well appointed....

"Honestly we had a great stay. It was truly an experience and the local shops and food spots def helped to make our stay feel warm and welcoming. Will definitely travel back in the fall, would love to see the foliage during that time. "
