“Good location, good hardware but services can be improved. We arrived at 11am and were told room would not be ready until 3pm, but room was still not ready when we returned at 5pm. Staff rushed to assign another room to us which was obviously prepared for other client as shown by the greeting card in the room. Also, doormen were not so attentive as expected”

“What a wonderful hotel! The staff were great and they are on hand to help you with whatever you need. Stefi our personal executive was amazing! When you scan the QR code in the room you can pick your method of how you communicate with the team and for me this was WhatsApp. It was great. The team were responsive and answered every query I had. The wellness floors are also lovely. During our stay we used the gym and also went to the spa. The rooftop bar has nice views of the city.
