Ideal distance to a lovely, quaint little town and wineries
Plenty of bedrooms for our group and the house and property was perfect for the 3 young kids to be outside. The weather was a little cool but sunny. The property team was helpful with organizing wine tastings & olive oil tasting. Pizza and pasta making was right on the premise The day trip to Montepulciano included a lunch, wine tasting and transportation that was all planned for us. The kids got to see Santa in the Christmas Village which was their highlight of the day. I would recommend this villa to groups and families.

Magical Villa in a Heavenly Location
This gorgeous property in Citta della Pieve is truly a setting for the perfect family vacation. The property has everything needed for enchanting days and nights - delightful walks to town, gorgeous poolside amenities, heavenly views in every direction, and a delightful choice of events and excursions to complete the ultimate vacation.

Wonderful Villa
We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful villa. The family spent many enjoyable hours in the pool and also enjoyed the amenities in the village. We had added several of the meals and side trips that they offer and enjoyed all the added experiences. Alice was so very helpful with getting everything set-up and even helped us arrange transfers to and from the villa. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful villa in the Umbri countryside.

Memorable Italian Family Holiday
Excellent location 25 minutes walk to Citta della Pieve. Which had plenty of restaurants and a fantastic ice cream parlour Grande Amore The villa and swimming pool are set in beautiful surroundings with distant views to the hills beyond. The pasta making experience was lots of fun for the children and adults. Nothing was too much trouble and Alice was a great host who organised all our events and transfers. Her local knowledge was a great help and made our holiday an enjoyable experience.

Family Reunion
My wife and I, along with our kids/spouses and nine grandkids, stayed at the Baiocco Villa in mid-July, where we celebrated our anniversary and a family reunion. The Villa was perfect for us, and we had a terrific time. The property manager, Alice, was wonderful, scheduling various daily excursions for us, including a visit and tour in Assisi, Sienna and Florence. She also arranged a “Cheese Experience “ for us at a sheep farm in Tuscany, where the grandkids got to hold days-old lambs, we observed cheese being made, and we all enjoyed a great lunch, where we sampled numerous cheeses pared with wine. My wife and I had stayed at the Villa previously, so we knew the layout, which worked perfectly for our large family. I wholeheartedly recommend the Baiocco Villa!

Wonderful Family Villa
11 family members spent a wonderful week at the villa and all agreed it was a great choice. Natasha served the most amazing breakfasts and made a delicious cappuccino!!! Alice was a great host and together with Jacopo, arranged and chauffeured us to a fun day visiting an olive mill, winery and cheese farm. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Tuscan paradise
Some may call it extravagant to rent an 8 bedroom house for two people, but I call it brilliant. This place is wonderful for the obvious reasons: the view, the pool, the jacuzzi, the copious space, the charming home. But, the secret and most clutch amenity is named Alice. She has exquisite taste and knows everyone and everything surrounding the property. She helped us get to the best butcher, and arrange the tours that truly made our trip magical. Gotta della Pieve is tiny and charming and even has a Michelin guide restaurant that is worth a res.

Beautiful Villa
This is a beautiful villa in Tuscany that is within walking distance to Città Della Pieve. We had a great time. Definitely book the breakfast every morning & the traditional dinner. Alice & Jacopo are wonderful.

Relaxing/updated traditional Umbrian get away
This home was as advertised, with a beautiful pool, walking distance to small town, plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy, with a washer & dryer and air conditioning available. The owner was responsive, and made sure our needs for food/chef and driver services were met! We all would go back to this home for a relaxing week where you can do as little or as much as you want!

Family Vacation 2024
Our visit to Italy and the Villa was a family gathering of 10 to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary. We absolutely loved our stay in the Villa! From the accommodations to the food. We opted for breakfast daily, the Welcome dinner, Pizza chef, Cooking Class and Traditional Dinner. All were amazing and some of the best meals we had in Italy during our 2 and a half week vacation. Alice was so helpful with communications prior to arrival, recommendations for awesome restaurants and wineries in the area, and she even coordinated an anniversary cake with one of our home cooked meals for my parents. She stayed in constant contact to make sure we had the best vacation. We would highly recommend staying here. We will be back!!

Beautiful property and wonderful staff!
I stayed in the villa with my family and two other families for a week and it was amazing. The grounds are beautiful, the people are so nice and welcoming, and the town is very traditional Italian. With all of the tours and things we did in Rome, it was so nice to come here and relax, while still being able to explore and do day trips. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for somewhere to vacation in Italy!

Italy at it's finest, and Citta della Pieve is a charming town.
Villa Podere Baiocco was all it's depicted to be and more, with every modern convenience in a spacious, authenticTuscan villa. Jacopo and his staff meticulously maintain the villa and property, and replied quickly to any and all our needs. Our family spent a week together enjoying the pool, villa, surrounding areas, and meals prepared for us. We highly recommend Villa Baiocco!

Beautiful
The pictures of this property do not do it justice. It is larger and more spectacular in person. Jacopo and staff were wonderful and accommodating to our large group. I highly recommend the dinner services that they provide as the traditional dinner was one of the best of our trip. Looking forward to returning sometime in the future. You cannot go wrong with this place.

Fantastic!
Our 11 person group from Finland found the Podere Baiocco very beautiful and comfortable! We had ordered breakfast for the whole stay of 9 days which was a good solution! Also the two dinners at house - the Welcome dinner and the Typical Tuscan dinner were wonderful! Shortly: Everything was as described or even better and Jacopo a great host! We will come again!!!

Vacation of a lifetime!!!!
There were 12 in our group and the week was wonderful!!! Jacopo and his team did everything to make our stay comfortable and memorable! The Villa is beautiful and the views are magnificent! Jacopo, Fabio and Patricia cooked our first and last night dinners - the meals were delicious and the wine was plentiful! The Villa is a perfect location for day trips and Citta della Pieve is charming! Thank you for so many wonderful memories!

Amazing!!!
A group of friends and I stayed recently, and wow talk about first class. We had a delicious home cooked dinner when we first arrived, breakfast every morning, and a final night dinner. Jacopo and Fabio were always available to answer any questions and arrange transportation for us, and an awesome wine tour. The villa was of course gorgeous as you can see, a view from every window. The grocery store was a short walk away along with a very nice cafe next door. Very cozy :)

Outstanding
My entire family of twelve including auld children, spouses or significant other and four grandchildren enjoyed the spacious well appointed and historic villa. Jacopo and Favio attended us in a helpful, responsive, but hidden. Way (Jacapo is actually pretty shy. The girls would readily concur, especially about the pretty part) the pool was a lifesaver after each day's adventures. We all highly recommend the place!!

Fabulous Villa
We were one of six couples who spent a fabulous week at Podere Baiocco. It far exceeded our expectations - spacious, grounds, pool and villa were immaculate and very well equipped. The owner (Jacopo) was very accommodating (arranged for taxis, restaurant reservations) and gave great attention to detail as evidenced in his thorough guide book at the villa. Being accustomed to North American travel, it was a real bonus that each bedroom had an ensuite. The villa is ideally situated, close to the town of Citta della Pieve, yet peaceful, tranquil and no road noise. Day trips we enjoyed were Montepeluciano, Assisi, Perugia, wineries and shopping. We would highly recommend this property.

Beyond Expectations
This was an incredible place to spend my 50th with friends. It is as beautiful as it looks in pictures. Jaccopo, Alice, Marta, Natasha and Ilaria operate like 5 star concierge. They helped scheduled fun events, gave incredible suggestions for wine tastings and trips, provided transportation and they were incredible communicative. They left me with nothing to worry about. And that is such a gift!! The town is so cute and close. I was afraid that it was going to be up hill or hard to walk, but it is a very lovely 15 minute walk. There are great restaurants and some nice shopping. I would stay here again and again!!

Perfection!
It exceeded our expectations! We were three generations--including six children under the age of six. The house is spacious, attractive, and marvelously located. Only a short walk from Citta Della Pieve, a lovely little Umbrian town. And a short drive to train station in Chiusi. Jacopo and his staff were very helpful. Angela was a terrific babysitter for infant twins. The smaller house was also occupied but each property is totally separate and private. We hated to leave! I recommend it without any reservations.

Under a Tuscan Sun!
We were a part of the group that stayed the week of Easter 2015. The property is beautifully kept by our host Jocopo and crew. Fabio is the grounds keeper and was a joy to socialize with - taught us a few Italian words. The town of Citta delle Pieve is a short walk away, with many shops & excellent restaurants. Jocopo arranged cars and attended to any needs that we had. Easter dinner prepared by his staff was delicious. Because the location of the villa is central in Italy, we easily took train trips to Rome, Florence, Siena, Venice & the Amalfi Coast. I highly recommend Italy as a vacation destination, and this villa as the place to stay. Bravissimo!!!

Outstandingly beautiful house and setting!
My family of 7 adults and 6 boys (10-18) just spent a week at Villa Baiocco. We all had a fabulous time. The villa is beautiful, large, very well equipped, with a big pool, air conditioned comfortable bedrooms, and many patios looking out to beautiful grounds and rolling fields. Our charming host, Jacopo, takes excellent care of the property and his guests. He has extensive knowledge of the area and was very helpful with sightseeing/restaurant suggestions and any other questions we had. The villa is within walking distance of Citta Della Pieve, a charming old hill town with shops, grocery, restaurants, bars, views etc. Villa Baiocco is a great home base for exploring Umbria and Tuscany. Everyone from 10 to 79 loved our stay and would love to come back again. The whole week was magical!!!

Tuscan Dream
We recently stayed at this magnificent villa with famiky and friends and fell in love with all it had to offer. The villa was everything and more than we could have hoped for..the photos dont do it justice. Jacopo and Fabio we excellent hosts and nithung was a bother to them. They prepared the most amazing dinner to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday and were nore than happy to help with anything we needed. The villa is a home away from home it has everything you need all amenities are spotlessly clean. The fireplace bought real warmth to iur evenings..we found ourselves staying in most nights and cookung up a feast as we just didnt want to stray to far frim this fabulous villa. By the time we left Jacopo and Fabio were part of our extended family. We can't wait to return soon ☺
